The room was attractive, newly remodeled! The beds were totally comfortable and we enjoyed the pillows.
The bathroom was attractive. Could have used a non-slip mat in the shower.
The staff were accommodating. Very nice.
Would recommend this motel. Would stay here again

Breakfast was unavailable to us.
We arrived after dark. After driving for nine hours we were exhausted. As we we approached our room, and went to insert our key..I tripped on your "step down" area in front of the door! It felt very dangerous! Please fix this situation, before some
one gets really hurt!

It was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. There were some Restaurants near by.
The bathroom was small. The heater was loud. Parking space lot was in back and muddy.

It was very cozy and somewhat convenient to West Yellowstone. The room was decorated nicely. It had a spacious shower. It was well insulated.
This review is regarding room 208. There was no table to set a computer, meal, or card game. The bathroom window had no curtain and faced at a 90 degree angle into a neighboring room. Potentially, if the drapes were not pulled in the neighbor's window, we could be watching each other dress. I realize there is a premium for lodging near Yellowstone, but by comparison, I paid 1/3 the price for a condo-style room in Afton WY. The room in Afton had a functioning kitchen, living room area, bedroom with 2 queen size beds, and a spacious bath. By contrast, our Island Park room had a small alcove behind the door for a fridge and microwave, room to walk around the bed, and a small chair with no arms.

The room was good size with 2 large beds; Good access to parking; Next door to a gas station and grocery store
Bathroom sink area very small - not enough space; Wood floor was dirty; Ice machine is next door at an adjoining property - Had to ask where it was; Front lobby was not manned at all - Had to call the local number for service; Front lobby did not open until sometime after 7:30 AM which was after we would leave to visit Yellowstone, so no coffee was available; The room had no closet and no drawers to allow for unpacking; Restaurant was closed the full 5 days we were there; The utility room next to our room (104) has a loud machine (HVAC? Clothes washer?) that would go on and off; Actual distance to the Yellowstone west gate is 20-25 minutes.

The room had very recently been remodeled so everything was new and therefore very clean. The room was nicely decorated. Also the bed and linens were very nice.
The room only one very uncomfortable chair, no coffee maker, only internet television, was very noisy, and staff not friendly. Also the restaurant on property was listed as closed Monday and Tuesday, but on Thursday they closed it for a week. It is about 20-25 miles to West Yellowstone that has other restaurant choices.

The price was great because we booked just a few days before visiting during the peak days of the labor day weekend. The café serves some of the most delicious breakfast I have ever had. The lodge is about 20 minutes from West Yellowstone, so the location is convenient to cover everything in the park.
The rooms were very small and you could literally hear everything your neighbors were talking.

room keys are manual.better to upgrade

Lodge was tastefully remodeled, including brand new bathroom. Great value compared to other lodging in the area.
Even though remodeled, the bathroom was very small, but it worked.

It was very nice and clean, newly remodeled. A handy little fridge in the room. A small town feel.
Our room was in the back and the outside renovations aren’t completed yet so it was quite rough outside our room. But that’s ok, because we could probably go back in a few weeks and it would be all crispy brand new concrete.

No breakfast
Internet would be nice. Parking felt like we were in a construction zone before they began construction. Muddy and dirty.

No were to put our luggage. Couldn't turn the volume up on the TV. It only had one volume. Paper thin walls but very clean and new.
4.1
Very clean room, comfortable bed, and new Bathroom.
It would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The air conditioner was in the main room and it took awhile for the bedroom to cool down.

Nothing
Run down, way overpriced, never again.

Clean, cute, and cozy. Wish we could had stayed longer to enjoy it more.
Place was very nice. Unfortunately our stay was only 6 hours due to late arrival and early departure. Staff stayed late to check us in. I wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy the facility.

This was the cleanest place we've stayed. Its very quiet and just about 15 miles away from yellowstone. A little pricey but when compared to the motels near the park its a great price. Super super clean!
The girls seemed a little overwhelmed but it turned out great. No coffee pots in the rooms so I wasn't able to get any coffee till we got to town but thats ok.
