A nice stay with excellent staff.

Clean and spacious rooms

The hotel car parking was very bad, to many people parking who were not residents.

Great rooms, great staff, would definitely come back

Room was very modern and really spacious. The single bed was larger than average and very comfy All the staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was really good and lots of choice.

Blinds were not blackout so it did mean I woke early due to the sun streaming into the room.

Lovely comfortable stay with lovely staff who were very helpful. The bar was great and lovely location with the sea.

Loved it apart from breakfast pricing.

Location.high standards.

Price of breakfast at £18.50 per person is ridiculous. That price made 18 of us go out for breakfast and paid roughly half that price. In my view that’s a lot of money that’s walked away from the hotel just because of extortionate pricing.

Excellent service from all staff members Feel very comfortable within the hospital as a sole woman travelling

There was a bit of noise from the road which could be heard until late at night but didnt stop me sleeping. Wifi coverage did not appear as good. Prices a little expensive - I require a hotel room 1 or 2 nights a week but I cannot afford the current prices. Is there any opportunity to agree a reduced rate for regular bookings?

Nothing really, we were a little disappointed with our room as we upgraded we thought it was like a standard room just with a sea view but the noise from the road was terrible even through the night we were woken up ,

Great place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Service was great & attentive. Personal & friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Room ventilation could have been better ... room was too hot at night even with the windows open. A bit a a walk if your room is right at the back.

Good Hotel with a lovely Seaview

Seaview which was great. Lovely bright room and friendly staff. Great shower. Good location and a nice restaurant.

Limited places to keep toiletries in the bathroom. Would have been great if the bed was a little bigger. Prices a little steep.

Taking mum to see her old haunts.

All of the staff were professional, attentive, friendly and welcoming. From the moment he met us, Simon the restaurant manager made my 96 year-old mother feel cared for and special. The location on the sea front is ideal and unlike many other hotels, the parking is safe, free and convenient.

There was nothing not to like.

Nice quirky hotel in a great position with very nice attentive staff. Just too much no from the road

Enjoyable stay, with lovely views of the beach and sea.

We enjoyed a night there, as we were working in the area. We were pleased that there was ample free parking too.

The lift was a big noisy when stopping at floors.

i was given a room overlooking the fire escape to the rear of the hotel, i suspect it was their worst room, clearly the the hotel wasn't full and a better room should have been issued, in my experience this happens a lot through booking.com. Shame.

A lovely overnight stay, have booked for two nights next time, best hotel in Cleethorpes!

Breakfast was excellent, such a pleasure (and rarity!) to be served at your table (including the drinks and toast) Will definitely book again (have already in fact) and aim to try Sunday lunch next time too

Exceptional

Firstly...Staff are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Our sea viewr room was immaculately prepared. Felt as if we were the first people ever to stay in it. Bed was superb. I would like to say thank you to all at the kingsway for making our stay truly memorable.

Quality Hotel

Stayed at the Kingsway Hotel for two nights. The hotel is definitely worth a stay. The staff were fantastic, and nothing at all ,was too much trouble The facilities available are all of a high standard. And it's always a telling sign, when the locals visit the hotel, just to enjoy the cuisine, and a few sociable drinks, in the very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and surroundings, of the bar areas. I would like to give a special mention to Claire & Karl, who were both totally pleasant and fully professional. I would not hesitate to use the Kingsway Hotel, the next time I am staying over and visiting Cleethorpes . Many thanks Russ
