About this house rental
Welcome to Laguna Beach Villa. Your little piece of paradise to escape to.
This gorgeous townhome has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you will need to sit back and relax.
You are literally steps from one of Osoyoos' most popular sandy beaches and also steps from a beautiful public park.
The townhome is walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, pubs, the bakery and a liquor store. This location cannot be beat. Welcome to paradise. You won't want to leave.
Please be advised that the maximum overnight house guests is 6. Violation of this rule can result in cancellation of your stay with no refund. Also please be advised that the person booking is responsible for any damage that occurs to the home during your stay and the repair/replacement cost will be deducted off the damage deposit. We understand that accidents happen- if you accidentally break or ruin an item please let us know so we can replace it for the next guests. Please don't attempt to hide damages. Overtly stained towels (including those bleached from the use of facial creams/cleansers) will have the replacement cost per towel deducted from the damage deposit. We kindly ask you use disposable face wipes if you are using acne/medicated face cleansers.
We are a strictly no pet home- violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no provided refund.
Lastly, as we are located so close to the water and have a large green space with numerous flowers/scrubs on site so you may encounter bugs/animals endemic to the area during your stay including ants, spiders, beetles, wasps, bees, and mice. While we do our best to ensure these are always just outdoors (and never indoors) we cannot control what may enter the home if doors are left open etc. Should you encounter any of these in the property and would like assistance, please reach out immediately to us.
We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance. While we will do our best to work with you in any situation, we do have a clear cancellation policy listed. In the event you cannot travel (ie. covid exposure/symptoms or lung pathology which makes traveling in smokey conditions challenging), our refund structure will be as listed in the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

The location is fantastic, a great beach right out the front door. Walking distance to just about everything in town. It was so great to have everything we needed to make it a home for our short stay. We definitely plan to come back

Laguna Beach Villa was as good as advertised!
With a well appointed kitchen with everything provided you could imagine, including a spacious eating area outside of the kitchen. A separate living room was nice for family board games and a place to wind down for the day. The 2 bedrooms upstairs, each having their own bathrooms, were spacious and comfortable. The Villa also had central air conditioning which was wonderful on the HOT 41 degree days we had. This was a gem of a property and we would recommend it. We will also be back to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good location close to the park and beach. Easy check in process. Responsive owner. It was nice having two rooms and the 2.5 baths. Well appointed kitchen. Gas bbq. Good blinds that help keep out the heat and the light if you’re wanting to sleep in. Thank you!

My wife and I loved our stay at the Laguna Beach Villa, the townhouse was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious and close to everything. Jess was a great host, she gave plenty of info for are arrival and was quick to reply to any emails.
This property would be amazing in the summer, the view of the lake and park/ beach right across the street.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

We loved our stay and we’re sad to leave. The location, right across a quiet street from the beach, is perfect. The place is spacious, tidy and is supplied with all the necessary day to day kitchen items one might need. Morning coffee on the patio was terrific!

Nice clean townhouse, well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Garage is small as indicated in the description but our midsize SUV fit. We would recommend backing in if you use it much easier to exit. Very hot week so lots of people at the beach. Front patio is very sunny in the afternoon would have been nice to have an umbrella with the furniture but there is lots of shade in the park right across the street. Walking distance to the main shopping area and Gyro park. Very nice spot to stay.

Beautifully maintained home with great and respectful neighbours. Lots of room for our teenagers to find their space. Great location across from a park and beach. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. Overall it was a fantastic family summer holiday location. We will definitely book here again.

This property is right across the street from the Beach. We were visiting from NY and have family located in Osoyoos. Turns out my uncle's property was right next store! My cousin was just up the mountain so could not have been any more perfect. Property is spacious and has own front/back patio and plenty of dishes/pans for cooking. We had one issue with the AC on last night and owners immediately responded and resolved it. Will definately be our go to place when we return again.

This place was better than the pictures. Super clean. The discription of the place was very accurate. Everything you need is there, they thought of every little detail for you to enjoy and have pleasant and relaxing stay at their place. The location is perfect, the view of the lake at sunset is stunning. As a host Jessica was awesome,can't say anything else. I definitely will come back and stay here again.

Excellent property. Clean, bright, well stocked unit in great location across from park and beach. Easy walk to restaurants and local pub. Hosts are very responsive to any communication. Photos are very representative of the unit.

Well appointed townhouse across the street from the lake and city park. This is easily the most well equipped vacation rental we have stayed at, from the bbq on the balcony to every type of utensil in the kitchen it was an excellent property. The only regret is it is so popular the time slot we want to rent is usually booked.

Jess and Nik have thought of every possible detail to make the most seamless and comfortable stay. The property is meticulously clean with thoughtful touches like having beach mats available and even face cloths specifically for makeup. A welcome bottle of wine was also a really lovely touch. The location across the road from the beach and right near a pub and amazing bakery is second to none. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful townhouse in Osoyoos directly across from the beach! The kids grabbed our paddle boards every morning and ran to the beach which was clean and the water was warm. Really happy with the use of the garage which stored all of our beach stuff and bikes. They even provided a beach mat and a few chairs for our use.
Our family of 4 enjoyed the spacious home with clean linens and towels provided. Upon arrival, we were left a nice bottle of wine and a few essentials in the fridge like ketchup and mustard. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, coffee and tea. The town was close enough to walk or bike ride and had lots of nice shops to see. There are some pretty amazing wineries just a short drive away with many of them accepted walk-in tastings. Excellent local fruit stands close by.
A suggestion would be to put an umbrella in the front patio to escape the blazing sun in the afternoon. The property was so beautifully landscaped that we loved sitting outside in the front enjoying the views of the beach and park. The air conditioning inside was a life saver!! It was 38-40 degrees the week we stayed.
Overall this rental was awesome and we enjoyed it so much!!

Laguna Beach Villa, was amazing. It is conveniently situated across from the public beach. We had a lovely outdoor patio to sip coffee in the morning, with a view of the lake. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to make yourself at home. Jessica was very easy to communicate with. Prior to our stay, we were provided very clear information on how to check in, and how to make the most of our stay. Jessica took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank-you so much, we would recommend Laguna Beach Villa to all our friends.

Heaven!
We had an amazing time, I love the location, right across from a beautiful beach. We spent our days on the beach.
The house was very well presented, we had everything we needed, and the quality was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable including the pull out couch. The appliances in the kitchen were of a high standard, which is really nice.
The neighbours were great, friendly, no noise just and enjoyable, peaceful time.
I loved getting up in the morning and sitting outside with a coffee, ready to start my day.
We felt very much at home, all our needs met and then some.

Great Get-Away Home
This place had everything we needed for our 10 day stay with our family. Nicely furnished, well stocked supplies, good sized living space & sleep quarters - all made for a very comfortable stay. Great location where we were walking distance to pretty much everything & just steps to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Better than expected
This was one of the best equipped rentals we have stayed at. The location was perfect being across from the lake and close to restaurants/coffee/bakery/pub and shopping. Groceries were within walking distance.
Jessica and Nik were very responsive and answered any enquires quickly. As an example we had a problem with the front door lock and they had someone there within an hour to address the problem. We look forward to renting this unit again in the future
