Our home can host up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms + 1 extra sleeping space, a huge kitchen, and an office area. Our fully fenced backyard features a manicured yard, fire pit with seating, BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and a hot tub.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by chic, farmhouse decor that brings the space to life. Kick back and relax in our spacious living room, complete with plush sofas, a gas-powered fireplace, board games, and a 65-inch Smart TV with streaming capabilities. When mealtime comes around, prep your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen and gather around either the bar area OR our formal dining table for a family-style meal. Spend quality time with your crew in our fenced-in backyard, complete with a fire pit, outdoor dining table, and a gas-powered BBQ grill. Perfect for your furry friends!!

Choose from one of our 4 bedrooms, all complete with luxury linens and bedding, and 55-inch Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
(1) Our master bedroom features a plush, King-size bed, stunning vaulted ceilings, and large windows. The master bedroom also features an en suite bath with a large soaking tub (perfect for unwinding after a long day) and a spacious walk-in shower.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed.
(3) The third bedroom is Razorback-themed and features a Full-size bed.
(4) The fourth bedroom features a plush day bed with a trundle, desk space, and an 'Air Printer' for guest use.
We have 1 additional sleeping space available for 1 more guest - a twin rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

Traveling to NWA for a family wedding at Sassafras Springs winery. Location was great to the venue & close to town. Playground within walking distance for younger children. House is very nice with comfortable beds & extras for the family (games / Hot tub) very clean. Property manager was very communicative throughout our stay, entry code provided was wrong & missing toilet paper/ paper towels. Overall great home & location when traveling with family or large group.

This property served as home base for our family for our son’s wedding. Not only can 8 sleep comfortably, but the kitchen was great for creating floral arrangements for the rehearsal dinner at Sassafrass Winery, 5 min away. We had everything we needed plus more, and management was responsive to the few things we needed. Hot tub was fantastic for sore bodies after our events! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

House has everything we needed. Actually we stay at rentals often when we travel. This is the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. Perfect for our visit to the area to see family. Bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and we loved the fireplace and hot tub. House has a very cozy vibe to it and it was a super quiet area. 4 stars because it could use a dusting. But would totally recommend. Any question I had about how something worked in the house was answered in 10 minutes. Loved our stay!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. The cleanliness was just okay, we recommended a deep cleaning of the house plus professional pest control. Pests were spotted on the kitchen counter and in the coffee pot, thus we did not cook in the kitchen and felt compelled to eat out every meal. If you have an event, know that check-in time is 3 p.m. or after. We requested an earlier check-in (one hour earlier) since we had a family wedding event. We had just driven five hours and needed to change before our event, they wanted to charge us an additional $75+ for the early check-in. Since we had already paid $1300+ for two nights, we weren’t keen on paying an additional fee for this property, so we had to find another place to change/get ready (wish we had just stayed at a hotel, we could’ve checked in by 2 p.m.!). Sprinklers went off multiple times during our 40-hour stay and we couldn’t sit out on the patio (too wet). We recommended that they change the auto sprinkler time to 1 or 2 a.m. Lastly, beware if you are a light sleeper, the fan in the master bedroom clicks constantly.

Our family came into visit our college freshman. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog to spread out. All of the beds we’re comfortable. The weather was chilly so we were able to use the hot-tub everyday. Close to grocery stores but off the beaten path. We loved our time! We would stay there again!

In for Christmas with family. House is pretty well equipped and clean. We were very happy that everyone said their bed was comfortable. The living room furniture isn’t that comfortable but it works, it’s a rental. Great amenities, unfortunately it was way too cold to use the hot tub. Very quiet area is a huge bonus too!

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for 6 adults. Not ideal for 8 adults. Sleeping arrangements in 4th bedroom uncomfortable for adults, OK for kids. No half bath or 3rd bath. Basicly, 6 adults shared use of 2nd bath. Used main TV with help from laptop. Bedroom TV’s could not be used. No tv service. Don’t remember seeing that on description of property.

The property was very nice! It was nice to have a place to stay while we were finishing up our renovation. It accommodated my husband, myself and our three small children. Clean, safe and felt just like home. The only thing that I wasn’t prepared for was all the additional fees tacked on to the price per night which sent our final total up more than double of what I expected it to be. But I wonder if that had more to do with the website it was set up through rather than the owners. But if there was an issue the owners were quick to answer and help solve any problem we had. They were very nice and accommodating.

This was a very clean and quiet location. Very nice finishes and kitchen is fully stocked. Would definitely recommend staying. The only downside is that it is a little ways from Campus, but for the quality and the cost is definitely worth it.
