this was a solid rental for our family. in particular, the property management team @ Tidelife has a really different approach. they treated us as if we were the customer.. and that is not always the case with property management companies. they addressed the few (very small ) concerns very promptly and with understanding.

You will LOVE this home!!! House is SO clean, well designed, well equipped with needed supplies and in a fantastic location for views(from every room) and access to ocean and marsh. Very few properties have this many pluses! The company who manages home is absolutely first rate and provides service to make your vacation perfect. Pictures on site do not show addition of children’s day beds in four of the bedrooms. These have very comfortable mattresses and are extremely nice for families with young children! Would still have loved to see a side path allowed from garage/drive to back so that toys/equipment/chairs do not have to travel through house to get to beach. No easy way to get our ocean kayak to water...

Wonderful house for a family gathering. Very clean and accommodating. The location of the house on the Beach and to the Marsh was awesome. The floorplan was excellent and had large bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. We enjoyed all of our meals at the house and the kitchen was ideal for cooking and dining. Would love to go back in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities.

This is a great Vacation Rental located Ocean Front on quant Pawley's Island. House has Ocean on front and marsh on rear. House is in excellent condition, well-furnished and maintained. House is located on very quiet area on the Island but is only 10 minutes away from a Publix and Starbucks. Near many local seafood restaurants.This is our second stay in this House this year. Came with family in June and returned in November for golf and oyster roast on the house large BBQ grill. Very pleased with very professional service from Tidelife Vacation Rentals. We will return.

The house is a one of a kind, beautifully designed with all of the amenities you could ask for. Ocean front to one of the most preteen beaches in the area that is not over crowded. Inside you will find a state of the art kitchen with great views 24/7 of the ocean and nighttime stars. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking forward to beautiful getaway. It is also just a 5 minute drive to any shopping and fine dining experience.

We were so very pleased with this property. The home is beautiful and was so perfectly set up for 6 couples. The covered porches made great gathering spaces no matter the weather The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The location and views are just perfect! The only suggestion we have is to increase the table seating indoors. We were a party of twelve and the table only seated 8. We have already booked for next year !

this place is amazing. It is both comfortable and beautiful. It is pricey, but worth it. We brought our sons and their families to Pawleys and this house was perfect. Adults and grandkids loved the beach of course, but also kayaking when the ocean was quiet. I wish all the beds were king size, some are queen, but everything was well appointed and clean. The marsh views are stunningly beautiful especially at sunset when we would sit on the outside deck. this is a large house with a large kitchen and plenty of space to accommodate a large family gathering. Highly recommended.

Whether you were in the rear of the house and experiencing the energy of the ocean or in the front of the house watching the sunset over the tranquil marsh, there was constant beauty that embraced you.

It was a great visit to Pawley's Island. The vacation rental is located in a great location with Ocean Front and Marsh/Creek with marsh walk. House is spacious with 6 bedrooms and private bath in each bedroom. Tidewater property management staff were great. Enjoyed several restaurants on the marsh in Murrels Inlet. Rented boat and spent day on the Intercostal waterway and went to Historic Georgetown for lunch. Shortcomings were ice maker that did not work and all outdoor furniture is in very poor condition. Two rocking chairs totally collapsed injuring folks sitting in them. All outside furniture needs to be replaced before someone is seriously injured.

Sunburst is a newer ocean front home. The view is phenomenal, especially from the upper level den. Very dramatic! The kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms are current, and more importantly, the home is CLEAN! Only suggestion: install a window treatment on the windows by the dining table to provide privacy from the house next door, as it is quite close. Suzanne and her staff at Tidelife were friendly and accommodating! Nice to speak with people who sound upbeat and happy you called.

This house was perfect for my golf group. Everything about the home is first class. Six spacious bedrooms with private baths is tough to find and made everyone happy. The kitchen with high-end appliances is very nice, very functional. Every room has view of either the ocean or the sound, impressive. Tidelife was great to work with and made check-in and check-out fast and easy. Will bring my group here again.

Perfect house and location for our two families. Having six bedrooms and a bathroom for each was really nice. The living space and kitchen were beautiful and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and deck overlooking the ocean.

This was our first time to Pawleys Island and also our first time dealing with this particular rental company. I did find it unusual that we had to stop by and pick up an actual key- all of our other rental experiences have given us a code with which to enter the home. It wasn't a huge deal of course, just different having to go somewhere and pick up the key and drop it back off when we left. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the home- the spaciousness and layout were great for our extended family (3 sets of adults and one set of kiddos). The back porch was spacious and a great place to gather. The private walk was in great condition and the beach just incredible. We also really enjoyed having dock access as part of our rental. Crabbing off the dock was a lot of fun. I will note however that although the home boasted very over the top kitchen appliances, it was not well stocked for even the most basic cooking needs (mixing bowls, etc). Also, since it's right on the dock we were surprised that there weren't any big pots or boiling equipment (again very sparse kitchen gear) so we ended up setting free all of the crabs that we caught for dinner as there was no way to cook them. Personally I put a lot of weight into the comfort of the beds/bedrooms, these were not the worst I've ever experienced but also have a lot of room for improvement from the mattresses to the sheets. On the bedrooms, I will note as well that it was difficult for our nappers/kids with early bedtimes as there are only the most sheer of curtains on the windows... so expect full sun in every room all day. Blackout curtains or something more heavy would go a long way! Overall, would love to return again especially if some upgrades are made to the beds. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The only downfalls of this home were not having great boat access to the creek, no outdoor enclosed shower and not having a pathway under the house to bring beach things from the front of the house to the beach- you had to take things through the house. The mosquitoes happen to be terrible when we were there so a screened porch would have been really nice or fans on the back porch to help circulate air and help. Despite those things, the home was a wonderful place for our family to enjoy time together! Great table for games with the family, beautiful views, gorgeous finishes and easy to get to all the stores for quick grocery runs.

This was truly an incredible beach house. The pictures do not do this place justice. Easy to get to and directly on the beach. Wonderful views and extremely relaxing. We will certainly be back.
