1,200 sq ft of private living space located downstairs. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with 2 queen beds. One full bathroom is located downstairs along with a wet bar, coffee bar, refrigerator and microwave. Tv and sleeper sofa located in living room and queen high top mattress available as well.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the large living area located downstairs with full access to the huge living room, 2 bedrooms located downstairs, private bathroom, wet bar with coffee, microwave and refrigerator. I LIVE UPSTAIRS.

NOT 420 FRIENDLY! Pot is not allowed anywhere on the premises. No vaping, smoking or e-cigarettes allowed.
I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are very friendly and will likely greet you when you arrive.
