Nice but cold

Proximity of the beach ,and a great restaurant next door.

The two door entrance was unnessery, had heater on and still cold.very cold floors

Enjoyed the town and country region. Could have stayed longer but to costly.

Good locAtion, handy to food outlet.

Advertised with kitchenette which was nothing. Née.d to .spell out these units do not have a kitchen. Washing dishes in the bathroom hand basin is poor in this day and age. Want $600 plus to upgrade to a place with a kitchen. Over priced for what was offered.

There are not a lot of better accomodation options in Yamba. This is one of the best but for $300?

The room had a nice view and aspect. Easy parking.

It's a bit tired now. $300 plus a night seems a lot, but that is the market

Exceptional

We stayed here for the weekend when we got married in Yamba. My (now) husband and his groomsmen spent the morning up on the roof- absolutely stunning. The loveliest staff, most beautiful room, comfiest bed and perfect location. We look forward to coming back on our first anniversary! Thanks Gary and team!

Very enjoyable. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Fantastic location with good views. Heaps of eating places to choose from within walking distance. (A bit of a hill to navigate) Very clean and comfortable and the Lady at the desk on arrival was very friendly and thorough on explaining everything. If you want to enjoy a meal at the pub on the hill make sure you book early as it gets very busy.

Comfortable and clean room, great kitchenette facility.

Location is great, easy walk to beach, lighthouse, cafe and restaurants. Comfortable room, lift service from basement carpark so no stairs to climb with bags.

Weekend was too short to enjoy all the facilities - try the pool and spa next time🙂.

Disappointing as we were really looking forward to getting away for the night.

location. Bed was comfortable.

Room overpriced in my opinion and it was like it was down in a basement. Spare beds shoved under a stairwell near the entrance to our room. Bo where to put your luggage and not much room at all in the room. Reception lady even told me as she handed me the keys that the room wasn’t very good so not a good start to the stay. More like a 3 star in the 1990’s. Disappointing for us.
