Nice family hotel with decent clean rooms.Staff work extremely hard to make your stay comfortable.
Sa Coma sandy beach is 10 min walk away wich is big enough and not too crowded in August with basic eating and shopping places. If you want some nice restaurants and shops you need to go to Cala Millor, which is 20-30 walking distance. Overall, it's a good family hotel with drinks included if you go HB.
Childrens beds and pillows in the living rooms are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The pool.
The all you can eat buffet.
The Tex Mex restaurant, just don't accept a booking after 7.30pm as no food left!!
We were all inclusive yet no water or drinks were supplied in the room, only 2 sachets of coffee and some awful powdered milk supplied for 4 people residing.
The alcohol tasted watered down. We had to pay for bottled water otherwise it was a dispenser which gave a couple of us an upset stomach.
The pool bar closed at 11.55pm so there was no where to purchase any soft drinks until 8am.
The beds in the room were extremely hard and uncomfortable as well as having plastic under the sheet as a protective cover making us very hot.
The sunbeds.....an absolute nightmare. People were placing towels on the sunbeds from 7am, where some were a family of 6+ so we had no chance of getting a couple of beds! The hotel should send staff around removing towels prior to pool opening time to stop greedy people.

Very clean and food of a good standard. Most staff pleasant and friendly. Room was kept clean to a very high standard and towels always changed.
Activities were ok but could have been much more varied. I think they need more animation staff to put on some shows etc in the evenings as the acts got a bit boring. It lacked a bit of atmosphere but they were all lovely and worked really hard.

Loved the layout of the hotel, it made the stay very comfortable.
Loved the view from our balcony, it was stunning &;lovely to sit in the evenings.
Great entertainment. Staff work extremely hard. Some seemed a little stressed, but we stayed at peak time. Very friendly & helpful.
Great variety of food, always fresh.
Close to the beach, shops, bars, pharmacy & doctors, playparks.
Many free activities for all inclusive guests.
Loved everything. Looking forward to returning to the hotel soon.

Really nice food and very nice staff. Excellent location and great free activities.
The pool area was without proper management. It was hard to tell when it was closed and when it was open. In one week stay the pool was closed to times do to kids having accidents in the pool. The hotel is not at fault but there was not sufficient information and no signs proclaiming that the pool was closed.

Beds were great.
Food was a bit bland and the constant mowing of the grass .

The usage of Protur Safari Park outside facilities for kids, since they belong to the same group.
The staff are great persons, willing to help and make your stay pleasant, regards to Pedro the man being the grill :)
The swimming pool and kids' water park close at 6 pm.
You can still enjoy the traditional swimming pool without restrictions, but water activities are switched off.
