Clean , comfortable but very basic

No breakfast options, contrary to what was advertised. only coffee. Packaged food was absolutely terrible. Need a better supplier.

Great value for the price! Would stay here again.

I liked that it was clean, nice, and comfortable for the most part. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 3 kids. The shower was great, which is always hit or miss no matter where you stay. Plenty of water pressure!

I didn't bring a hairdryer since I was only staying one night and knew there is always one in hotel rooms. Ours didn't work. It is screwed into the wall, so it's not like they can just swap it out. The lobby and hallway smelled overwhelmingly of cleaners (which I appreciate it being clean, but this was excessive and nauseating.) Our room had a slight musty smell. It's an older non-renovated place so maybe that's why.

It was adequate for a 1 night stay but we could have chosen better

The bed was comfortable

The room was run down with lots of chipped paint and old fixtures. It was located in a really run down part of town. It stated that it offered free breakfast which actually was a carry out paper bag which had 1 small bottle of water, 1 box of apple juice, 1 apple and 1 breakfast bar. Not what we expected.

Exceptional Hotel!!

I loved everything about this hotel. Customer service was at an all time high. When something was asked you received it promptly. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The pool was the top of the hotel and you can swim up until 10PM. Safety precautions you had to have you key card to get into the second set of doors to enter into the hotel!!

Nothing was wrong with the hotel. The only thing that could be better is the snack that was given for the free breakfast. They give you a bag with bottle water, a juice and a breakfast bar.

Suffice for what I paid for

Fine hotel, not much in the area

Friendly staff, the pool is in fact open it just gets locked by staff so you have to get them to open it. Good place to stop off.

Breakfast is not a proper breakfast as is mentioned in previous comments so if you're booking this for the free breakfast I wouldn't bother, not much in the area in the way of bars etc.

Safe hotel with friendly staff. We were only staying overnight to break up our drive to Destin. Got in around 10 and left at 7:30.

The hotel beds were a little more firm than our liking. Also, breakfast was a brown bag with an apple and nutragrain bar, with a kid sized apple juice. I would have liked something a little larger, like a muffin and or yogurt. Overall, was a good stay for a quick overnight stop.

the facility is nice, clean, quiet - as I’m a day sleeper for work. I also feel safe at this facility and everyone here is pleasant & helpful.

the only con at the moment is that their elevator is broken but is being worked on.

Affordable, clean and comfortable!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The woman that checked us in was very friendly, and the lobby was welcoming.

When I was making the reservation for this trip, I specifically chose a hotel that offered breakfast. When we arrived, we were informed that they now only offered a breakfast bag. It contained an apple, a nutri-grain bar, a juice box and a small bottle of water. This was really disappointing.

The room is clean and does smell fresh. Sheets are visibly clean as well. Bathroom is very clean unlike other hotels of similar price.

Advertisement does says breakfast included but there was none.

The elevator was horrible. We got stuck in it a couple of times. The breakfast was not what I imagined it to be. Sack Breakfast water apple Nutri grain bar and apple juice.

Very good

The hotel is in a decent area right off the highway. The night front desk clerk was very welcoming with an armed security guard. Room was spacious with only a microwave and coffee (no mini fridge). It was well cleaned. Breakfast was nice with waffles and other hot items as well as the normal cereal, fruit, and muffins. Would definitely stay again if in area.

No mini fridge in the room.
