The rooms had everything we needed for our stay it was cosy, quiet and had everything we wanted
I cant say one bad thing about the place all the staff was helpful
1.0
Room was brilliant spacious & had everything although bed was slightly hard. Shower amazing size. Swimming pool & sauna were superb.
My review is based on the fact that we had paid for B & B, were told on arrival restaurant was out of order (not a problem there was a cafe next door) & we would be refunded by our booking provider for the breakfast. Asked for a confirmation email as back up when we departed that breakfast hadn't been served and were assured that she would send it straight away & Booking.com had been told that they needed to refund us. FF 5 days, no refund, no email received. Spoke to Booking.com this morning and they had never being informed by the hotel that we needed a refund. Very poor service am guessing they thought we would forget about it! Shame as rest of stay was lovely

The location was perfect near the shops the pool
And jacuzzi was brilliant.
The parking you pay for 24 hours but have to keep
Waiting for concierge to let you out should be a better way to let you out of car park. The beds were uncomfortable and small in main bedroom sofa bed was uncomfortable kids could not sleep at all. £200 deposit is execessive as have stayed in other apartments with not such a high deposit. Also a odd smell in the room as checked in and was tired with kids was one night didn’t bother saying anything

I loved everything about this place, not a bad word to say about this place

Well situated in Manchester for our needs
Parking was an issue as no on site parking but plenty of multi stories close by

The pool, gym, sauna, embankment kitchen, close proximity to town centre. The room was modern and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Nice kitchen appliances.Coffee machine. All the fixtures and fittings as well as decor felt very modern and new, which i really liked.
Nice little coffee shop and seating area outside and a sainsburys right across the street, very handy.
The only things i would have liked, were bath robes for when we have to use the pool as the corridor to the pool meant we had to walk near the reception desk at the entrance to the hotel, felt a little akward when guests were checking in and we were stood in swimwear waiting for the lifts to come down.
Complimentary waters in the room would have been a nice touch, something that i have noticed in other hotels, as well as the bath robes. But other then that it was fantastic.

The guy who checked my husband in was a rude arrogant piece of work!!!
The guy on reception.

Everything you need in one space.
Requested a quiet room, was given a room that faced the train track.
The bed and pillows were awful, could not sleep at all. So extremely uncomfortable.
The apartment was not cleaned very well. Surface clean was ok. Using the crockery I had to clean myself as there was food bits still on the utensils and crockery.
Hair all over the floor and small hair band found under table.
Water did not go down the shower drain because the cap had not been cleaned. It was disgusting.
The steam room was not on.
Did not have breakfast as it was served in a different building.
I just wanted to go down to grab bits for when I was ready to eat. As I was working.
Really did not match the price tag.
I would have loved it more if there were child free floors for working adults as I could hear running and banging. Did not want to complain as this is just how children behave. A thought of keeping parents and children maybe on lower floors.

Location

Gut gelegen, grosses Zimmer, gute Ausstattung
Extrem lange Wartezeite fürs Frühstück am Sonntag, wir haben über 1h gewartet…:-/

The central location was great- near the ArndaleCentre and Museum of Art. The facilities in the studio apartment were handy, cooker, fridge freezer, coffee machine, especially if we'd stayed longer. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were lovely after a day of exploring. Breakfast was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. The studio was very clean.
The bed was a bit hard for my liking. The jacuzzi is small and pool I can imagine would get crowded easily with more visitors. A few guests brought food into the pool area. The lockers in changing room I couldn't work and same with room safe ..if we'd stayed longer I would have followed this up to find out if they were working.

Comfy bed, great shower, lovely spacious studio. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Good location near Arndale centre.
Sofa cushions had holes in, tv stopped working during the rugby, kept depixelating.

- Very clean
- Good stuff both in the hotel and restaurant
- location
- Modern facilities
- nice swimming pool
- Their message mentioned that I need to provide proof of payment. I paid via PayPal. However, they said they could not let me in without all the information about my credit card. That seemed odd to me!
- Restaurant: The staff are nice and hardworking, and the meals are delicious. However, the space and the number of staff are insufficient in the morning for breakfast time, so you may end up with a cold and late breakfast. Again, this is not the fault of the staff, who are working hard.
- A few issues with the swimming pool: e.g., lockers.

No complaints about anything

Great location, nice room, perfect for two people. The only downside is that breakfast is served in a neighboring building and you have to wait for it. However, the breakfast service is nice.

Pool was good and clean. Rooms were comfortable and nicely laid out
The breakfast could take a long time, waiting an hour for the food to arrive, if there were to be a next time I would not pre-order breakfast there.

Amazing large room. Was very upmarket and clean. Beautiful reception and bar. Would definitely stay again.
Maybe some luxury rooms.

Very close to Victoria station, AO arena, a supermarket, and the city centre. Nice and clean.
The breakfast place had poor capacity, especially during the weekend. They got our order wrong every day.
The steam room was quite cold and the lockers in the changing rooms had different instructions on how to lock them (none of which worked).
We would have liked to get the option of ordering an extra duvet when booking the room, being able to rent a bathing robe, and wish a twin bed would have been an option.

Booked about 5 minutes prior to arriving, was checked in super quick and very easy. You get a discount on parking when you pay at the reception for the q car park across the road. The stay was such great value for money we stayed in the one bed apartment and couldn’t believe the space for the price! Everything you’d need in the room with cutlery etc, gym pool and sauna too!! We also went into the restaurant on the bottom floor rang up and they gave us a table within the hour, nice food and cocktails on your door step, will definitely return (staff were helpful too)
Only downfall was didn’t realise you had to book breakfast even if it’s included, however we did get a refund so cannot complain

Lovely swimming facilities. Room spacious and clean. Very good breakfast.
Took 20 mins waiting to check in. No clean towels left at the pool. At 10:58 staff member knocked on the door and in a rude tone asked us if we knew we were supposed to have left by 11. Not a nice way to end a relaxing night away.

The property was lovely. Clean and tidy and the rooms was a good size. The pool looked very nice but unfortunately we forgot to bring are swimming stuff as it was very last minute.
The bed was so uncomfortable it was like a rock. Me and my partner ended up squeezing on the couch together as we could not sleep on the bed.

Right in the heart of the city, rooms were very clean and spacious, everything you need to make food yourself or even order in. Swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi were brilliant and we had them to
Ourselves. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the restaurant and bar are really nice, make sure you book for breakfast as there is a full menu as opposed to buffet style very very nice.
The fact we only stayed for one night :D.
