Très bon séjour

L’espace, la propreté et l’emplacement

Les toilettes dans la salle de bains. Idéalement, les toilettes à part et une 2nde salle de bains seraient parfait.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toplage mitten in der City und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schönes Appartment, ein Cafe ist direkt im Haus.

Très agréable.

Super emplacement, belle vue, assez spacieux. Dans le centre ville, rue pavée, très calme, proche des restaurants et des bains.

Peu d'équipement (pas de théière, pas de prises multiples, peu de prises électriques, pas de bonde de baignoire). Nous n'avons pas reçu de sms nous donnant le code d'entrée ni le code de la boîte à clefs. La taxe de séjour n'est pas comprise dans le prix et nous avons trouvé étrange de devoir laisser l'argent sur la table. Pas trop de charme. Nos voisins étaient plutôt discrets mais le son passe très facilement entre les appartements.

Clean Appartement

1- no elevator and it was not mentioned on booking. We were very surprised when we had to climb three floors without mentioning that Appartement # 5 was on the 3rd 2- Stairs are too steep and old, kind of worn-out. 3- Kitchen was not equipped with the utensils to cook even though to was implied it does have. No pots to cook with. The kitchen was very poor. 4- bed were not comfortable.

There is no parking available at any time you wish. If you don't mind the parking is 20 minutes away Also, the apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. The price is very high for the apartment

Everything about this apartment was perfect. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which is located on the 1st floor (only 1 flight of stairs to climb). It was so spacious and the two king bedrooms are huge plus a twin. There is no separate lounge but there is a large sofa and chair in the main bedroom with the balcony and TV. Lots of apps on the TV if you have a log in for Netflix, Disney + etc. Kitchen had everything you need, lots of crockery, cutlery & equipment. Fridge & freezer as well plus toaster, kettle, microwave and oven/hob. Would have been nice to have 2 toilets but we managed. Shower over bath and also a separate shower available in the bathroom which was nice. Great view from the balcony over the roof tops and you can see the mountains in the distance. We had no problems with noise, very quiet apartment. Location was amazing, so central! I would highly recommend this accommodation, do not hesitate to book.

Only downside I would say was the hot water was not always forth coming and the boiler made a really loud noise when showering.

Great location, great size room (maisonette),

If you’re on the third floor, prepare for the stair climb..but with the amount of ice cream you’ll eat in this town, the stairs are probably a good thing. Feel the burn.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the city

Very spacious and nicely decorated apartment in a brilliant location. Check in was easy to work out. Nice to have a washing machine while travelling.

More pillows would be good and hot water in shower was a little hit and miss at times. Overall, a lovely apartment that I would recommend!

Lovely place, amazing view, but poor internet

Apartments are very nice with amazing location and view

Wi-Fi was not stable, didn’t work properly for few days. We asked to fix it early in the morning (8AM), while it was fixed only at 4PM. The next 2 days it was not working well either

Ten out of ten

Very spacious character apartment in a quaint town. Enormous bedrooms, modern facilities and equipment with appealing charm. The location is excellent on a quiet street, near shops, restaurants and attractions with a cafe downstairs. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

The flat was well appointed in the centre of Baden Baden above a lovely coffee shop. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed. We asked for the sofabed to be made up in advance (we are 2 people but prefer separate beds). We were told this would cost an extra €40 after we had already arrived at the flat. We were also asked to leave €3.80 per person per night in cash on the table before leaving despite the confirmation from booking.com that this fee was included in the cost of the booking. So, greater transparency on costs would be appreciated.

good location, great facilities, lovely apartment and good value for money! had everything we needed to cook for ourselves which was such a bonus as restaurants in Baden Baden were quite expensive

The communication about the tourist tax could’ve been better. We were a bit confused about how and when to pay it

Amazing apartment in a great location, everything is perfectly walkable. Huge rooms with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, super clean and tidy. Easy self check in and out is a big plus. Extremely recommended!

The only building without a number outside and when we turned up it was dark so hard to get into the building. No bottle opener.

I never stayed at this location as I did not manage to get into my room.

1) wrong instructions to enter the building and access the room 2) host/owner not available and never returned my call / request for help 3) unclean, unfinished interior which looked like a student place & very unwelcoming 4) feeling unsafe and very uncomfortable when travelling as a single woman

Mainly great stay

Excellent central location. Enormous space. Warm. Well equipped. Great views over town from terrace. Quiet building. Comfortable.

Just be aware that apartment is on 3rd floor of building. No light at the entrance to the building. Pillows a little hard. No chopping board in the kitchen. Not enough tea and coffee for the stay. Host demanded payment of local taxes even though it was already included in the charge.

Great size and location for the cost!

The location of the apartment and size were great! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans.

There was food left in the refrigerator from others and cigarette containers left on the window sill and porch. This made the bedroom smell when we first arrived. It was okay once thrown away.
