Our stay at this place was quite comfortable. The internet connection was speedy, the apartment offered ample space for us, and the host was incredibly accommodating.
A fan was not working. The team replaced it during our check-out.

Highly recommended! Prime location, stunning design, and abundant amenities. Immaculately clean, with a welcoming team. The living area was ideal for our kids, resulting in a delightful stay. The rooms were equally appealing, boasting a modern, comfortable sofa. Appreciate the outstanding experience!
The TV remote malfunctioned, but the team swiftly replaced it with prompt communication!

Our London experience was unparalleled! This apartment offers sheer beauty and an ideal location. The well-equipped kitchen and pristine surroundings enhanced our stay. Among the places we've visited, this one stood out as the most charming and exceptional. The reservation team's warm and helpful attitude made our trip truly memorable.
For us, there were no issues during the stay.

The location of the apartment was quite convenient, situated in zone 3 at the center of Acton. However, it's worth noting that the address provided during booking differed from the actual address we received. The apartment was approximately 1 km away from Acton Main Line Station, Acton Town Station, and Acton Centre Station. Additionally, it was in close proximity to Morrisons supermarket, just a 5-minute walk away, as well as numerous small shops and restaurants in the area.
One of the notable advantages was that the apartment was situated near a park, which minimized the disturbance from traffic noise. The apartment itself was relatively spacious, featuring two separate bedrooms, a small living room, a compact yet separate kitchen, and a small bathroom.
The pictures provided on Booking.com did not accurately represent our apartment.
The flat was located on the third floor, directly under the roof, resulting in excessive heat during the day. The staircase leading to the apartment was steep and potentially challenging for some individuals.
Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find the apartment in a dirty state. It had not been properly vacuumed, and the kitchen cabinets were grimy. The bathtub and toilet were unclean, with a cracked and dirty toilet seat. The shower curtain was unpleasant, and the sofa in the living room was heavily stained, filled with crumbs, hairballs, and even a discarded nail clipping under the pillows. Frankly, the sofa looked as if it had been salvaged from a dumpster, and we avoided using it throughout our stay. The provided towels were stained and did not appear fresh.
The bed linens in the main bedroom were wrinkled, as if someone had recently been lying on them. Under the bed, we discovered an empty crisps package and a significant amount of dust and debris. Trash was also present on the floor in this room.
Additionally, there was a lack of dishes and cutlery for all five of us, and the provided cookingware was too small to adequately prepare meals for more than two people.
The Wi-Fi connection in the apartment was consistently poor and frequently failed to work at all.
Only four chairs were provided, requiring us to improvise during meal times.
Upon contacting the host to express our concerns about the cleanliness, a cleaning crew was sent to the apartment. However, the results were mediocre, and the issues were not fully resolved.
I am deeply disappointed with the host's claim of the apartment being luxurious and comfortable. The advertised standards were not met at all.

Easily accessible and clean and all the facilities were provided
Beds were not that much comfortable, also we faced the issue of bed bugs as well which was very inconvenient in the end.

The hosts were lovely .
Although the apartment is not worth the amount that you have to pay for it.

The location was perfect for our needs and the street itself was very quiet and residential.
Admin from the property owner was very easy - easy to collect the key etc - they sorted any issues we had very promptly.
We were there 26 days so we had to use the washing machine etc - all the facilities were easy to use and as described in the advert.
The garden was lovely and we used the BBQ.
When we arrived there was no sofa bed as per the advert - we rang immediately and the owners delivered us 2 new expensive and excellent blow up beds.

The location was superb, exactly where I wanted to be.
Very clean and comfortable “maisonette”, furnished to a very high standard… that is crucial for long traveling!
There were loads of space, and it was fantastic to have a garden and two bedrooms, for a family.
The apartment looked exactly like in the photos and was clean and cozy. The hosts were very responsive and helpful for various questions, and made it easy to access the key!
It is easy to access, you can find free parking nearby effortlessly if needed. Also, the neighbor atmosphere makes you at ease, it is the perfect place to soothe.
In fact, this is the second time I book a rent with Flex Living, and this is even better than my previous one.
Definitely recommending.
Nothing, it was perfect. ^^
