If front desk was honest and worked with us a little bit it could have been a different outcome.

Breakfast, beds were decent

Air conditioning didn’t work in original room, originally reserved a king room. We were moved to a queen room. Front desk agent was a lair. When we called multiple times to talk to management she kept telling us they weren’t in but had previously told us they would be in shortly.

Great experience that would have been wonderful except for the bugs.

Breakfast was wonderful, room was clean and very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water.

some sort of bugs/ants were crawling out of the shelf between the beds. We didn't notice until the morning or we would have asked for a different room. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk did not appear to concerned when we informed them at checkout.

The stay met my expectations for a chain hotel. Generic hotel stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, standard hotel type room but no complaints. Staff at the front desk were courteous and professional.

Breakfast included with the room was nice but the food selection needs updating for today's dietary needs, i.e. gluten-free or non-dairy. Also, the fresh fruit provided was overripe. There were a couple times staff help was needed (coffee urn was empty). The staff were in the back room area on their phone.

Expensive room next to an adult store, bad part of town. Wouldn't stay again!

Bad location! In the same parking lot as the Hollywood Hustler, an adult store. We had to switch rooms as the first room had a nauseating chemical smell The staff member was very pleasant about the change. Sketchy looking people standing in the parking lot. Didn't appear to be staying at the hotel.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here, also the night receptionist was very welcoming.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay here and the fact that it was a newer hotel made a such a difference.

I can't say I didn't like anything my stay was just for a night.

I didn't everything was cold and greasy.

What major brand hotel has only one shower chair for ADA rooms. Needed ADA room as I'm in wheelchair and room was barely big enough for me use. This room cost me 14.00 plus taxes. If I stayed at motel 6 I would have pay less than 90 for the room. Which it looks like I m8ght be soon

Fine room, incompetent staff for the most part.

location was proximate to all of our activities.

Staff experience was almost entirely terrible. I called the hotel ahead of time, as I wanted to extend our stay another night. I was told that I was unable to do so by way of staff and that I’d need to make an entirely new reservation and that a note would be placed in the reservation. I attempted to confirm this with another staff at the time of check in. Was told I was “all good”. Upon getting to my room, we noticed the toilet was broken. Called down to the front desk staff who asked me “what tools I had to fix it myself”, and did not offer any maintenance support or another room. We were required to fill the toilet tank ourselves every time I wanted to flush the toilet. On the second day of our stay, I was charged $300 because I was never informed by staff that I needed to check out and check back in to my same hotel room because “merging reservations doesn’t exist”. We were then denied access to our room and all our personals. A staff member also told me that she was provided an out of service number. It is my current and active phone number. We were also charged daily $200 deposits. We were finally moved rooms due to the toilet. The only redeeming staff member was the person who moved us rooms.

Sleepless night

The bed was very comfy. The room was very clean.

I was on the ground floor and was awoken in the middle of the night by police lights across the parking lot imto my room.Also street lights. Terrible location for a room with no blackout curtains. I got very little sleep. Have stayed here before and loved it I don't recommend staying on a ground floor tho.
