Mold in ventilation-Gasoline smell

The decore was cute, view was a 6 because could barely see the water on 2nd floor. Wish we could have stayed but mold issue and smell made it impossible to do so.

Mold in ventilation found when we investigated where smell of gasoline was coming from in the unit. When we sought help through Vacasa, after we realized wasn't something we could fix, the management could not be reached. We waited two hours on the balcony, never heard from the property management. Vacasa left two voice messages. We left and had to find another place.

A decent place in a good location. Perfect for our family.

Location was fantastic! Loved the boardwalk down to the beach❤️Great pool and game room. Kitchen had most of what we needed.

Mattresses were in pretty crappy shape-lumpy and soft. There was a fake eyelash on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived! It would have been helpful to have a broom to use…

Great location, clean where it counts, but nothing exceptional. Just a beach apartment

The location is great. Access is pretty easy, and the location is very central. Parking was easy and covered. Getting on the beach is a few steps with secure access to the beach boardwalk.

Wifi didn;t work. there was a note dated 12/10 re: "sorry for the wifi outage" (my stay was 12/27). Cleanliness was just "ok", wiped-down, but kinda sticky in the kitchen area, so not super clean. The bathrooms were clean- that's the important factor. The building is a bit run-down, it's been through many storms. The floors are twisted, and the overall building construction is wonky. The ceiling on one of the bathrooms is hanging down, as was the kitchen light fixture.

Our stay was worth every penny

The pool was open from 7:00 am until midnight year round

Clean and location was on point.

400 a night no early check in ( texting at 358 pm that early is available when check in was at 4pm was stupid) then texting at 8am about checking out 🤨🤨🤨last visit the place had soap dish soap shampoo body wash but this time nothing... people above were chain smoking on the patio so made it impossible to hang out on porch... didn't feel homey this time

Superb

Beautiful location. Gulf view. Clean property loved that its a smoke free property. Proximity to beach is incredible. The boardwalk through the dunes is peaceful but hot during the day. The wifi instructions in the email were incorrect. And would have loved if the place had a broom to sweep up the sand that inevitably comes in. Overall loved it.

location and great view.

multiple issues with beach access and the door lock for our unit. we had to leave without locking it multiple times. I tried to contact someone about the issues multiple times and never got a solution. Also the unit was in need of repairs and was extremely dirty. someone left a food wrapper, clearly was not cleaned properly before my arrival.

The location is good and it was clean, but for the high cost you shouldn’t have to bring your own sheets and blankets!

The view was very nice.

While it was advertised as a two bedroom able to sleep up to six, there were no sheets or blankets available except on the king size bed in the master. And, yes I checked every closet and drawer multiple times. I had to go out and buy sheets and blankets so my daughter and her friend could sleep.

I loved the location and the beachfront view, and the room was older, but nice, clean and comfy.

I didn't like the fact that the room was advertised as a two bedroom when there was only one, but one of the couches may have been a couch bed. I honestly didn't check. It was also advertised to have like an office or kinda like a game room, but i did not see any of that. I had a few questions once I arrived and there was no one on site, nor was there any type of office. But now that I know what to expect, I would stay here again.

Enjoyed feeling secluded with a beach view!

I loved the balcony overlooking the beach at a distance. The view was spectacular from inside. Sunrises were beautiful! There were good places to eat nearby, along with golf and pickleball.

The 2nd bed is a couch bed, not the best! The windows needed to be cleaned inside and out in order to enjoy the view.

View was amazing! Safe parking, very quiet and Cindy beds. Great boardwalk to explore beach on foot. Will definitely stay again!

2 flights of stairs w/ no elevator. Master bath had no pressure on shower head.

Great access to the gulf.

The location was great being able to view the gulf from our balcony. Also to have access to the beach from the property. Was a good value for the money.

Walking up two flights of stairs was a little strenuous at times for older people but we managed. The property is showing it's age of 50 years which can be understood.

The light switch for the master bedroom and the guest room are on the same switch so that may be of some concern
