Das Personal und das Restaurant

Tapeten kamen von den Wänden, man hörte jede Tür und jeden Schritt von den anderen Gästen, frühstück erst um 08:30 h , wir wären gerne eher gefahren und zwei grosse Doppelbetten in dem Raum mit furchtbaren Matratzen.

Peaceful and quiet place with tasty breakfast - ideal for families to take a rest without internet:)

Peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing with the family. Delicious, rich buffet breakfast - with a beautiful view of the mountains and a few toys for children inside the room (thanks to which parents can drink hot coffee). A small kitten was an additional attraction for children :)

Wifi barely worked in the room. In addition, the fee collected on the spot was higher than indicated by booking (the owner rounded it up in Czech crowns definitely more than a little bit)

Plain mountain hotel on beautiful location

Lovely big room with views.

No facilities at all in room (no TV, radio kettle). Average breakfast.

Pleasant

The hotel is a bit remote, it's even scary to leave the car. Rooms on the first floor in the basement, just for an overnight stay, can be tolerated. Low maintenance service.

Nice quiet location, nice area for outdoor activities, big terrace and nice staff. Also very good breakfast.

Not great accomadation for the Price.

The character of the Hotel was lovely. The meal hall was great and we loved that it was Family and pet friendly.

Room was to small for a couple. Nothing worked as it should. Shower head broken. Not disability friendly and put on 2nd floor. Noise From traffic aweful. Looked through Partners entire passport which felt like an Invasion of privacy as room booked in my Name.

Thank you for your hospitality! We had rest for our soul and body with you.

The room was clean and plenty of space for the family. We were comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to have hot water in a thermos for children separately. Breakfast is modest but delicious. It is clear that it is prepared with love. Thank you Jana for kindness to our children!

The internet was very weak. He had to be looked for in the rooms. The children have online education in a Ukrainian school and they could not study in their room, only in the hotel lobby. We asked for a discount for Ukrainians, as we really need help now. We were denied. OK. But when booking on the site was the price of 52 euros. And in fact we paid 56 euros, as we were told. We extended the hotel room. Unfortunately. Other times it would be a trifle, but now it hurts for us.

Location great for outdoor activities, the breakfast for the value of accommodation is rather poor.

Staff during the check-in were a bit rude, kept the us waiting in the middle of restaurant w/o no words of apology. Staff attitude like for the motel level , not hotel or restaurant, rooms, weren't clean at all, rooms rather small.

Superb

A comfy and clean accommodation in a family room for four, tasty breakfast, good rate price x place, excellent for cross country skiers, close to a ski trail. Nice staff. Awesome stay there.
