The room and bathroom is very clean. The location is close to the mall, and car rental services.

They serve typical Filipino breakfast. I wish they would serve fish, also. Overall they were very helpful. Since our flight was changed and we had to early check out, they suggested to serve the breakfast early.

They do not accept credit card. The room slippers and hair dryer are also not available in the room so we had to request for it.

Small good hotel with good location

Friendly personal. Room was quite small but clean and nice. There is water boiling machine in the room. Ac was efficient. Location was good - like 10-15 minutes walk to the center. Bus station is just around the corner. Breakfast was good and healthy.

One of the best, affordable places in Bacolod City

The facilities are high end, close to a 4* hotel! The stuff always there and willing to help you making your stay enjoyable. You also have room service and breakfast (which is included in price) can be served into the room.

Traffic can be quite noisy at certain times, as the location is situated on a main road.

we’ve stayed here 3 times now and always had a great experience, the rooms are great and now the new tv service is the best I’ve ever had in any hotel! thank you Ria for sharing your birthday food with us, not many owners would do that!

Finally! A pet-friendly place in Bacolod.

We love that there's a place that is pet-friendly so furry parents will not need to worry about where to stay when in Bacolod. Treats, a comfy bed, and food bowls for pets are available. A hot shower is available too. The location is easy to find and near the restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We'll be back for sure.

If they could have a thicker blanket or a duvet and coffee maker will be a great addition to the room which will make it perfect.

Superb

Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast food is nicely done. They have a heater. I just wished we room had more windows to allow more natural light. The staff is responsive and welcoming. Overall, my stay is superb. I recommend it to budget travelers.

It is near the Ceres bus terminal, very convenient. Tje staff was very nice and the Filipinos breakfast very good. It is a good value for money.

The air-cond could be a bit less noisy but it is not a big deal.

Comfy place to stay in Bacolod

Very clean hotel. Rooms are nice with free Netflix on TV. This hotel is a very short walk away from the Ceres southbound terminal.

Breakfast was very disappointing, but OK for guests who like filipino breakfast.

Great, but a few security issues.

I like how the room is clean and modern. Very comfortable and with a decent A.C. The room also has heated showers and sinks. Definitely a plus in the Philippines. The television is also preloaded with a Netflix account, so it's very convenient as I do not need a subscribed Netflix account to access the movies and series. The area was fine, not much around. The hotel has a café but doesn't really offer comfortable seating and room for a lot of guests. Although the area was a bit on the down side, the accessibility to apps like Grab allowed us to move freely.

The fact that the place is locked up during the night is a bit disappointing, this could be dangerous during fires or other dangers. Although we had said that we will be late during the night, we found ourselves feeling like we snuck into the place due to the fact that the security guard was already sleeping when we had arrived, only leaving the gate half-opened.

The property looks new. And very clean.

The AC was not that cold. And it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

We will definitely stay here when we go back to Bacolod.

Happy with everything - staff, service, breakfast, facilities and location. We also like that they allow your pet to stay with you in the room.
