Amazing stay in a palace like hotel

The ambiance is awesome and if you are planning a trip with family, I would highly recommend this hotel. The best part was the palace look with dinner opportunities in the garden. The buffet breakfast was awesome and had several options.

Nothing much, just that toilets should be more neat and clean .

Ok for the price paid

The cooks are good and the restaurant staff are able to get small customisation done to dishes.

The upkeep of the property is not upto the mark. There was algae in the crevices of the bathroom. The room floors were dusty. The chair cushion, room curtains look overused and need replacement.

Lacking on many fronts but still does the job

Located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood (ideal after a day out in noisy and busy old banaras), luxury room is very spacious, breakfast spread was reasonably good for the price, staff was attentive and polite, shopping mall nearby which is a bonus

Shabby fittings in bathroom, door handles are temperamental, towels are stained. This property has huge potential, it needs proper investment and professionalism

Totally waste of money

The hotel was under construction, and we could not sleep after paying Rs 5500/night. The drill sound just made our sleep worst. AC was not working at all. Totally unsatisfied.

AC cooling was not at all upto the mark and construction work is also going

Amazing experience

Good location. Value for money. Very good behaviour of staff. Nice facilities. Clean and safe swimming pool. Breakfast was quite good.

The room was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait even when we arrived an hour late. But they compensated by letting us check out late.

A good place to stay for visiting Varanasi.

A good breakfast with choice of cereals and eggs cooked to order. Evening meals were reasonably priced and good quality. A decent swimming pool although only open from 11 to 5.

Rooms were good size but we had no views from windows. Rooms were next to lifts that were noisy at times and some noisy guests late at night.

loved it, will stay here again and recommend all

The hotel was awesome. The food, the staff, the location and the rooms were great. Shailendra Singh, the front desk manager was very helpful. Hats off to him. And last but not the least, our driver Prakash Panday was really sweet and down to earth person. He is a gem added to the facilities and good name of the hotel. He helped us in every step and went beyond himself to provide us comfort. He is an example of great customer service and friendly staff..

We had a problem with the bathroom flush in room 002. Seems like it needs servicing.

A very bad Hotel, less than 2 star hotel. Will never stay and never even recommend again. Very poor show on part of Booking.com. Other guests were also complaining about the quality of the Hotel.

the hotel needs renovation, bed linen old, bathroom with infiltration and doors old too with wood all wet inside. the Wi-Fi internet does not work in several areas of the hotel. zero flexibility on an 1 hour late check-pout

Property setting was good with a palace like feeling. It’s more like staying in a huge palatial bungalow or a palace rather than a hotel.

Finer aspects of maintenance was lacking like wooden flooring was broken at few places. Bathrooms were a little dirty and unkempt and required fresh coating of paint. Bath fittings were old and not very easily operable. Restaurant staff were not very polite and were very stern with no smile on their faces and looked as if they were least interested to serve you. Service was delayed and we had to remind them for even small things like water, napkins, plates, spoons, etc.

Good property, quiet but infrastructure needs an uplifting....

The palace looks and the secluded location is fantastic. The small garden with flowers 😂. it is a big property but doesn't appear crowded. Getting transport is hard. The taxis and autos rip you off. The restsurant ifood is very good especially the breakfast.

The room airconditioner makes the room humid. The single beds are too small. The cleanliness is not up to international standards. The hotel needs to painted and the infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

Great stay minor improvements required.

The property looks very premium. Breakfast options were really good. The location is good away from the temple site so need a car to travel which can be expensive for those who dont have any contacts there.

1. The outside look is very premium but facilities are mediocre. 2. The furnishings of the room have worn out needs renovation for the price they are charging. 3. Service is a bit slow but not a major drawback.
