Très bonne expérience !

Literie & baignoire de qualité.

Manquait des bouteilles d'eau et équipements comme tire-bouchon, etc. Des thés de qualités auraient été appréciables mais sinon tout était parfait.

Overall a good experience - bed amazing

It was spacious

The steep narrow staircase. We were a little confused about the kitchen/cafe photos on their website. Whilst it seems fully functional and well equipped, it is not utilises for a breakfast service and has a sign which reads ‘for staff only’,

Sehr gerne wieder

Sehr großes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Obwohl direkt in der Altstadt gelegenen, war es wunderbar ruhig.

Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und keinen Hinweis bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten gesehen. (vielleicht lag das an uns). Es gibt ein Parkhaus St. Etienne, ganz in der Nähe. Das könnte man noch transparenter machen, zumal es keine Rezeption gibt und Kontakt ausschließlich telefonisch erfolgen kann.

Nach vielen Jahren zum ersten mal in Beaune mittendrin. Auch sehr angenehm, vor allem abends.

sehr gute Lage, in 3 min mitten in der Stadt, große, saubere, gepflegte Wohnung, großes schönes Bad. Parken während der Woche etwas weiter weg (200-300m) am Stadtring. Eigentümerin sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Glück, die Besitzerin war vor Ort. Ansonsten Kontakt sehr berührungsarm..

Ansprechende Zimmer ohne Service in guter Lage

Gute Lage. Nespressomaschine.

Sehr steile Treppen zu den Zimmern, in einem von vier Zimmern fehlte ein Fön, nicht ausreichend Nespressokapseln für den Aufenthalt, Kühlschrank kühlte nicht, Kontaktperson antwortete etwas zögerlich und nicht auf die Frage nach einer Frühstücksempfehlung.

Perfect location and room for us

Great location, small privately run 5 bedroom hotel. Very clean. Kettle and coffee machine in bedroom. We were in the lloft which was a few flights of stairs up so not suitable for everyone. I think you can have breakfast but we left early so not sure.

Nothing really, it’s not a proper hotel in that we were met at the property and showed to our room so unstaffed. Fine for us but again doesn’t suit everyone.

Superb room in perfect location. Nothing better for a short stay at Beaune.

Rooms were very spacious and very nicely decorated with very good taste. The location was perfect in the quiet area of the old town distant enough to have 100 per cent peace. Easy parking close to the location. And walking distance from the lively Center of beaune. No breakfast but that was well indicated. Plenty of options to do that in town.

A comfortable stay in one of France’s many historic towns.

The property was excellent with good facilities, very comfortable and contemporary, and a great location.

Although the stair well is very well lit, I felt each step could be defined a little more.

my friends room had not been cleaned!!! The owners came as soon as we called and arranged for the housekeeping to clean the room. There was no one else there after that until our departure the following morning. it was more like a comfortable Air BNB than a hotel. there was no restaurant, bar or room service

The room was huge.

Check in was very difficult. Someone happened to be coming out as we arrived so we were let into the common area by accident but fortunate for us because it was raining. Our phone calls wouldn't go through so I emailed and waited to see how we check in. Finally we got through on the phone and then the host sent the door code instructions. She advised we could check in at 2pm and would contact us when the room was ready. We waited until 2:30 to return and the room was already cleaned and ready. The next message we got was asking if we got checked in Ok 4 hours later. We probably could have gotten into the room earlier if we had checked instead of walking around in the rain waiting for a message. I wish we had received clear check in instructions ahead of time, including the door code and where to leave luggage if we arrived early (which we communicated we would be).

exceptional location right in the inner city. really spacious and clean as well as well maintained. The AC was silent and efficient. Very good bed, comfy and firm.

I always regret it when there is a plastic sheet, even if it's under cotton ones.
