Not good.
Close to the sick relative to visit.
It smells cigarette even the non smoking room. There was an insect coming out of the air conditioner unit at night time. The door needs to be reset everyday.

It was nice inside and very clean.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
Nothing
Staff was extremely rude, room was so dark and couldn’t open window curtains because we were on the first floor next to the parking lot, the room and hotel made us feel unsafe. This hotel should not have UBS in the title or be the first option when looking for a stay near UBS. It is not within walking distance. So disappointed and didn’t even stay because it was that bad. Do not stay here!

Good location, bad service
Close to UBS arena and the highway for when we headed home
People partying in the lobby and hallways until after 2:30am; smoke alarm going off and the desk staff had no clue about it and was not even checking on things. Left at 4:30 am to escape noise and judging by the pile of room cards at the desk we were not the only ones.
