Muy buena

Ubicación buena, el piso es muy acogedor perfecto tamaño para dos, vistas preciosas sobretodo el atardecer. Con cocina muy bien equipada, las dos teles con netflix. Nada de ruido y muy fácil acceso. Anfitrión amable y atento. Lo recomiendo mucho!! Espero volver😊

Despiste de los anfitriones o poca experiencia en limpieza de apartamentos

El estudio muy bonito y las vistas el sitio espectacular si no hubiese estado tan alto y entrada por la calle

Deberían de poner en la referencia que es un 7 piso con entrada ala calle mi amiga tiene fobia ala altura y tubo que dormir en el coche y la ropa de cama y cojines tenían olor a sudor de otra gente la ducha no traga son pequeños detalles que me a pasado en más viajes cuando se cambian las sabanas hay que cambiar todo no solo sábanas porque queda el olor

Un apartamento precioso y original para hacerte sentir como en casa.

Lo primero que me sorprendió y me encantó fué la originalidad de la decoración.Tiene detalles sorprendentes en los que se demuestra el cariño que se ha puesto en él.Está equipado con todos los pequeños electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar,ya se para unos días o unas semanas:plancha,secador,tostadora,exprimidor,aspiradora,cafetera...Tiene una zona de cocina-salón acogedora con un amplio sofá y separada de la cama,lo que hace que cada estancia tenga su parcela de intimidad.La cama y almohada me han resultado muy cómodas y han hecho que descanse casi tan bien como si estuviese en la mía propia.El detalle de la mesita al lado de la ventana es todo un acierto.Desayunar estos días con esas vistas maravillosas ha sido un lujazo.El apartamento en su conjunto me ha parecido tan bonito,tan cómodo,tan acojedor,tan especial...que me ha hecho sentir como en casa y eso no es nada fácil cuando viajas.Y que decir de Emilio,un encanto de hombre que nos facilitó cada cosa que necesitamos.Resolvía nuestras dudas al momento y nos ayudó en todo.Puedo decir que mi estancia allí ha sido de 10.Sin ningún tipo de dudas sé que cuando volvamos a esa zona,nos volveremos a hospedar allí y que es algo que he estado recomendando a mis amigos,familiares y conocidos desde que crucé la puerta de ese apartamento tan original.

Studio precioso

Todo empezó con la magnífica bienvenida del anfitrión. Tan pronto como cruzas la puerta sientes los pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir perfectamente cómodo. La decoración es verdaderamente excepcional y atípica 😍 Magnífica zona de cocina con todos los accesorios y máquina Dolce Gusto, parte sofá de salón con TV y zona de dormitorio con una hermosa vista del paisaje de la ciudad y las montañas alrededor. El baño también está bien equipado y la ducha es espaciosa. El único inconveniente es el caudal de agua, pero no creo que esté relacionado con el alojamiento en sí. Espero volver otra vez y repetirlo 🥰 Muchisimas gracias por todo!

Great location, good for short-term stays, but avoid if you plan to stay longer and/or need to work.

The location is great. Next to a supermarket, 10 mins walk to the train station, 10-15 mins down to the beach. The host is welcoming and helpful.

It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Mirrors and kitchen were wiped poorly and were still oily. The bed sheets and the couch smelled a bit like old sweat and seemed very “used”. The walls are thin. Means you will hear whatever ~night time activities~ your neighbours are up to, and some of them are very active. Important if you plan to stay a bit longer: 1. There is no storage space whatsoever. There is no real wardrobe for your clothes. Most of the few drawers are actually locked or already occupied by equipment (of the cleaning staff I think). 2. There is one washing machine in the basement for the entire building, but when we were there it wasn’t activated/installed. Therefore we washed at a laundromat a few streets down. Luckily there a multiple. 3. There is no oven in the kitchen. The kitchen itself is really small. 4. There is no table that you functions as a desk. The only one available is really small and has holes in it, so you can’t use a mouse comfortably.

Kontakt mit Vermieter war gut.

- Küche nicht gründlich oder gar nicht gereinigt - Benutzte Schwämme die dreckig waren als Ausstattung - Im Schlafbereich fällt die Holzverkleidung bald ab - Kein Wasserkochen verfügbar war jedoch als Ausstattung angegeben - In der Beschreibung ist Hinweis auf Klimaanlage vorhanden....gibt es aber nicht Schicke Fotos aber leider nicht zu empfehlen..

Lovely stay

I like the style and decoration, it is a unique studio. Modern and cozy. The bed and sofa are comfortable. There are many restaurant and supermarket options nearby. It is perfect for one or two people and is highly equipped for a long stay, you will feel at home. The host is very friendly.

It's a bit warm inside but there is air conditioning.

Great host, great location, and great facilities, Emilio is a great host, very well communicating and made it very easy for us to check in. The place itself is really nice with great views. The place has everything you need, and very well equipped

My partner and I flew in late at night and were greeted by the owner who showed us all the quirks around this amazing apartment, it was clean, newly renovated and in the morning we woke up to the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, also over looking 2pools, perfect location only about 14min from Málaga airport. Gutted we could only stay the one night, will definitely stay longer next time 😊

The flat has been beautifully renovated and designed in a very modern way! We really enjoyed all the details immensely :) The owner was really nice and met us at check in as scheduled! Not to mention that we were in love with the sea view that was visible from both sides of the flat! This would be the perfect option for all couples who like to stay a bit away from the noisy promenade, but still only have a 15 minute walk to the beach - it was really cool since you could choose either to go to Benalmádena or Torremolinos! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Modern appartement in the center of Torremolinos, about 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.

The host is very nice and ready to help. The appartement is modern, bright and big enough for 2 people. It has all the basic stuff you need. The view from the appartement is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. There is a free parking in front of the building, but is not big enough for all the cars. There is a train station 5 minutes walking distance from the appartement. There is also supermarket and burger king in front of the building.

The sheats could be cleaner. There was a lack of warm water in the bathroom, not nearly enough for two people. Unfortunatelly the walls are thin, so you can hear people talking from the other appartements.
