Bel hôtel au calme dans la pinède sur les hauteurs de Torre del Greco; grandes chambres avec balcon offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Naples ou le Vésuve

pour les personnes non motorisées, 20 mn à pied en pente depuis la gare; pas de déserte par les bus, pas de commerce à proximité

Worst hotel in all Naples region

Nothing

Location far from bus / train station minimum 30 minutes. Hotel had no pool ( separate charge of different resort ) breakfast very poor ( only eggs & bacon ) same every day . Location in Torre Del Greco not even Napoli city

An okay Hotel with good facilities but could do with a refurb

The property was comfortable. A few other residents did come in about 3am and were noisy for an hour or so and the sound proofing is not great. Breakfast was okay, typical continental style. overall just okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is good

Walls are very thin so can hear other rooms easily. The whole place is a bit tired and could do with an update. The shower head was quite scaled up, which took a few minutes to sort out.

Sea view in the front and Vesuvio on the back, what else do you need

Large rooms, we booked with sea view. Very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is under new management and they are trying very hard to make one’s stay really enjoyable

A very pleasant stay with views to the island of Capri on one side and Mount Vesuvius on the opposite side

Only one pillow per person two each would have been better

would never come back

clean rooms, good size bed and nice shower .

the location of the property is to far from anything. there is no shop there is no shop near buy, the hotel had a awful atmosphere. teenagers laying about no staff who speak English you are unable to get any drinks or coffee through the day. dinner at night the mean I was all Italian with nobody to translate and the food awful. the pizza in my opinion were undercooked . the pool was chargeable of 20 euros. quite frankly hated my stay there .

The view was breathtaking and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

The whole hotel complex seems to be somewhat run down. The employees were ignorant and unfriendly. The price (EUR145 per room per night) is not worth it.

Exceptional

Reception was big and clean and the staff was helpful Simone e claudio. I liked our room it was clean and had a balcony with sea view. I also liked the breakfast ,even the location was nice by the pool area. We enjoyed the prosecco that was provided for our 25th wedding anniversary, with the view of the fireworks of Santa Maria. As we were leaving, they gave their traditional lucky charm.

Poor

Water in the bathroom almost didnt run. Breakfasts were terrible, you have to ask even for basic food otherwise you were served crackers with jam and Nutella (forget buffet). And if it gets closer to official end of the breakfast time (10.00) the staff prolongs the delivery so it than can claim it was too late to order. First place in Italy (or ever) where we got a cappuccino in a PLASTIC CUP. You have to pay extra for the pool which is not clear from the booking description. The pool closes quite soon and is pricey as it has only prices for full day so it is not worth it to stay few hours.
