A great find. I highly recommend

This was shinny clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very surprised at the wonderful breakfast too

The bed was high and hard to get into. Comfortable once in it but difficult for short older people

Good hotel in rather sparse area off interstate.

Good hotel, but in isolated location off interstate with nothing within walking distance. Staff were ok, but not overly friendly. Cost seemed high for an average BW hotel. Breakfast was good.

For what otherwise seemed like a pretty new hotel, there were quite a few scuff marks on the hallway walls and carpets and in the room itself. Not a big deal, but took away from what could have been an above average BW experience.

Very clean and nice room and staff was very friendly

Very clean, modern, friendly staff, bed was very comfortable and shower was very easy to figure out and get in and out of, not slippery. The AC/heat was super easy to figure out. Door had a safety feature as well.

My room was closest to the train so I could hear it occasionally throughout the night

Breakfast was very good. John, person taking care of breakfast area was great, warm happy greeting every morning. Hard not to have a good day after a conversation with John.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning .

disappointing for Best Western Plus

Breakfast was very good

1the location is near a train crossing and from 6am the train whistles will wake you , no problem if early rise is needed but problem if you need a good nights sleep 2 The hotel has a problem with phone software and telephones were ringing in empty rooms non stop in the middle of the night and early mornings as were alarms going off that were not cancelled by cleaning staff that keep waking you up and defeats the object of having paid to have a good nights sleep

You never know who's staying in your hotel give courtesy to customers when needed. A simple Shower

The Lobby and the room was really nice and Vernice. We were very disappointed with Alicia the manager that checked us out on Sunday the 8th of October. We explained to Alicia that my son had a double header baseball game at 8:00 am and 10:00 am which finished at 11:45 am and we wanted to come back to the Hotel so that my son can take his shower before the long 4 hour drive back home. And the manager didn't grant us the courtesy. Half of the hotel was checking out remember it was Sunday. My son would've been out by 1:00 pm or 2 pm the latest, but Alicia the manager wasn't allowing him to take his shower. So my son had a long ride home all sweaty and smelly Thanks to Alicia. And we were very professional and kind allowing her to finish her breakfast before she attended us. We were really dissatisfied, specially that we have stayed at the Best Western before. Due to this situation we will not stay at a Best Western anymore and will spread the word how we were mistreated. My son just recently got a Student/Athletic Scholarship to an Ivy League University. And he's probably going into the MLB draft and will probably not stay at another Best Western when he's traveling around the United States playing baseball because of this really bad experience. Nice area but then deserve a pool for kids and family

The location was nice

I didn't like that it did not have a pool me and my kids had stayed there but it needs a pool we was not informed that did not have a pool

I will never stay at this location again.

The staff.

The location because the train made noise as it passes by several times a day. Also the ice machine is so loud so it woke me up every time someone used it.

I would definitely stay again when in Lakeland.

It’s a newer updated hotel, accommodations were bar none. The coffee was delicious as well as the complementary breakfast.

The property management. She was awesome very accommodating, nice and friendly.

A clean room with exceptions.

It was clean

Loud trains at all times of the night. Loud noise from customers at the gas station next door. Housekeeping was not reliable and we always had to tell front desk to have the room cleaned.

It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are big, very clean, and the breakfast is very good. The maid service is exceptional. We would recommend the hotel to everyone. We have stayed here many times, when coming to Lakeland, and it is always just as good as previously. It is also in a very good location.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed pillows. They are very soft, and flat.

Beautiful and quiet.

It was quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! I love waking up just to make my pancakes with chocolate chips on top!

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with! The hotel was also neat and clean. The breakfast area was kept clean throughout breakfast and breakfast was good.

The breakfast was great and the service from the kitchen crew was exceptional ,they where very polite and helpful.

My only issue was that they hold my deposit for more than a week with no reason and when I called the office all the said is I'm sorry with no solution and blaming my bank for the delay what is not true.
