Really nice location, staff and room

We were welcomed by a really nice gentleman. The breakfast was fine and the lady was really friendly. (Breakfast was not exposed as usual in hotels but we didnt mind)

Before we got there I told the staff I was celebrating my birthday, and on arrival there was a lovely bottle of Prosecco

Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. Comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Cannot fault this property!

No complaints whatsoever.

Jesteśmy z mężem bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu, jak tylko będziemy to znów tam wrócimy

Śniadanie do syta, jesz ile chcesz. Bardzo smaczne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Widok z okna przepiękny. Przez ulicę i jesteśmy na plaży. Do Centrum bez problemu na piechotkę, na Klify też bliziutko.

Very comfortable and peaceful

Breakfast was very good, with very helpful lady in attendance. Location was excellent, although that was not my main concern. Evening receptionist was helpful when I needed help with an injury.

Great place to stay.

Room was lovely and very clean. Travelling as a woman on her own felt safe. Lorraine who served breakfast was a gem and great variety of food. Location was perfect.

Just the shower didn't have much pressure. The water was nice and hot though.

Hidden Gem on Eastbourne Seafront

The best view I've ever experienced from a hotel room, it was breath-taking, the ocean and the cliffs all in a panoramic view from the bay windows. Facilities in the kitchen were perfect, a nice communal space full of many teas and coffees, fruits and snacks, and it was a great continental selection at breakfast which inc vegan options. There was a turn down service every day, something I don't require myself but is a lovely touch. I feel a little door sign politely declining would be appreciated as would save resources :) The room was exactly as described only better. I was kindly upgraded to another room and it was perfect, luxurious big bed you just sank into, mini fridge, large television and great shower. It was above and beyond my expectations and the team do a fantastic job at maintaining everything.

Had a small concern but it was handled very well by Michael :)

Very pleasant place to stay, would definitely return

Great place to stay, room we had was huge, well decorated and clean, Bed was comfortable. Continental Breakfast in the morning was nice, you can also ask for boiled eggs and have your croissants warmed up if you wish. Check in was easy and the chap very friendly and informative. Bathroom was a decent size and the shower was warm.

Parking directly outside is permit controlled, you have to go to the main road to park your car. We had an issue with a rude neighbour as we were dropping off our cases, seemed like she thought she owned the street. Everything about the hotel itself was great and we couldn't really fault it.

Excellent seafront location, short walk to the centre.

It is an older building so you do hear people walking past the room. It didn't bother me and I heard no noise during the night.

Perfect value for money in a cosy spot

I can't fault the place at all, it was really comfortable, an incredible price, I got to wake up to see the sea and there was plenty of options at breakfast to sort myself out with some grub. The staff were really friendly, especially as a solo traveller, I felt safe I found the bed really comfortable, the pillows lovely, spotlessly clean and I had everything I needed.

Modern decor Breakfast View Cleanliness

No heating in room Told girl on desk in evening on our way out On return still not working Staff member I spoke to on return said did not get msg I left with the girl who was in reception earlier despite telling me she would tell boss He said heating should be working so I checked and still wasn’t so went back downstairs to tell him then he got someone to switch it on But radiator not working in morning in bedroom, just bathroom radiator/towel rail was

Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, könnte ein paar Upgrades vertragen.

Relativ ruhige Lage, Parkplätze vor der Tür verfügbar (kostenlos zumindest über Nacht).

Ziemlich viele knarrende Fußböden und Türen, Bad nur mit Wanne ohne Duschvorhang, was Duschen in der Hocke bedeutete, wenn man nicht alles überschwemmen wollte. Frühstück wirkte etwas unorganisiert.

Weekend away

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for us and the staff are always friendly. We had breakfast this year as well and the set up for this I feel is great. Not a full fry up but everything else you would need.

Our shower head didn't fit into the holder so we had to hold it but it was over the bath so wasn't a massive problem for us.

Short stay not very comfortable but so close to the trains.

Great love cation to the train stations.

We were in a basement room. Very small but the carpet was damp and smelt sour and moldy. The shower did not drain and it was very loud.
