Nice relaxing stay in

Property decor was beautiful and well equipped. We had a private pool and the outdoor space had plenty of loungers and seating. Only downside was there was no food served on the property.

Property was located close to a pebble beach and a couple of bars/restaurants were within a short walking distance but the area felt more residential.

Odusevljeni smo, absolutno se vracamo!

Predivan docek sa strane agencije, prelijepa lokacija i pogled, sve sto zatrazis i dobijes, i pomoc i preporuke, sve. Predivni vlasnici, prijatni, svaki dan pitaju da li je sve u redu, ako sta treba❤️. Radnica vrlo prijatna, odzivna na sve molbe. Bazen je jako cist, kao i svi prostori, soba je jako moderna, funkcionalna i cista. Bar, fitnes i playroom je na raspolaganju u sva doba, kada god zelis. Takodje za mlade jako lijepa lokacija za slikanje📸. Stvarno odlicna villa, sve bez greske, blizu centra i prelijep pogled na more, definitvno se vracamo i preporucujemo svima!🥰🔝

One of the best houses we have seen. We will definitely be back.

Exceptionally nice apartment with own whirlpool in the garden. Apartment is equipped with high quality items and thoroughly thought about everything what is needed for comfortable stay. The whole house is very clean. Staff and the owner are extremely helpful and immediately assist with any request.

We left earlyer, not saitisfied for this amount of money

Visual impression was nice

- ants in the villa everywhere, tried to get rid of it but didn’t help (aldough we didn’t cook, or spilled anything) - tv doesn’t work, old kind of antena on the roof doesn’t work - poor wi fi, luckely my net was ok for cartoons - I was alone with my baby and i wasn’t aloud to invite guest to help me get the milk or a friend to visit me for a coffe aldough it’s penthouse apartment villa (not, a hotel, or resort), I got very warning message that this is not aloud - this is called “resort” but they don’t have stuff, breakfast, restoran, help for the luggage or anything what a resort would have - when I texted that I am leaving 1 day earler they didn’t offer help with the luggage aldough I am alone with my baby, but I met the owner at the way out and told her all, so she offered help, but I was almost at my car and didn’t except it - to expensive for poor service - workers on our pool 2 times during our 2 days stay (broken terras glass), workers in another apartments acroos our private penthouse balkony all the time banging in the afternoon and of cource watching in our balkony - it looks great, but that is it.

Recommend for everyone, we will return to this place.

Everything was really great, everyone in resort is so kind, especially Miss Robertina and Mario, thank you for great vacation.

There is one thing that could be better, walls must be made from paper or something, in our appartment we heard everything from our neighbours, even if they plugging charger to wall, they were very loud even after midnight, but thats not fault of resort.

The accommodation is absolutely stunning, it feels so luxurious and like it should cost so much more than it does. We came home to sliced watermelon on our first evening, the owner and Diana were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We also used one of the paddle boards available. I would highly recommend!! Thank you so much.

Only downside was that we only stayed 2 nights and really didn’t want to leave!

The „Studio with sea-view“ is great. The personell including the owner/host are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. We were really impressed by the hospitality of the host/owner and the whole team. We really felt welcomed and whenever we had a wish (e.g.: to arrange a massage) we could contact them via Whatsapp and got a response within a couple of minutes - thats just a great service! Moreover, the host arranged some fresh fruits and bakery almost every day free of charge! On the day of departure we could get a spontaneous late check out, and we could use the facility and got offered drinks as our flight was in the late afternoon. The whole villa (studio, pool area, bar, etc.) is very clean and also super close to the beach. Moreover, every touristic spot is reachable by Uber within a couple of minutes. Overall: It was an amazing vacation in the beautiful city Zadar and we are looking forward to coming back. If you want a private and personalised experience, this place is the right choice.

Best resort in Zadar

Great location with beautiful view, breakfast was so delicious , we enjoyed the various offers offered by the resort( jacuzzi, gym and sauna) . Very kind hosts

Great apartment, new and very clean. Small kitchen with everything you need. The staff is very nice and helps with anything!

the tv is located in a bad position, you have to sit alone in a chair to watch :) and there are no tv channels.

A great place to stay with kids, close to the sandy Borik beach.

The host were very kind, including the ladies from the cleaning service. It was a big surprise to have free coffee and croissant in the morning. The kids (and the adults) liked very much the pool and the darts.

The little green lighting led at the door of the apartment was a little bit disturbing at night.

Amazing place 😍

Beautiful place with exceptionally comfortable apartments. Amazing pool area with bar and few other things to enjoy. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Free parking space is a big plus!

Feel in holiday at home.

The situation,swimming pool, area a round the pool.

The « bar » in the middel of the room who take all the Space and was not usefull. We can eat outside.
