Make yourself at home in this top floor luxury 4 bedroom condo set in the heart of River Run Village, only a 2 minute walk to the new high speed gondola! This nicely decorated condo has a huge floor plan and is set over 2 floors on the top level of the Mill Creek building. Enter through the large living room which features a roaring gas fireplace and a new flat screen TV. The leather sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep 2 additional people. The private balcony has views of River Run Village, and it even has a private propane grill and heated floors for those snowy winter days! The gorgeous and well appointed kitchen is the largest in all of River Run Village. Beautiful custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range are sure to make any chef feel right at home. Serve up to 8 people at the unique hand crafted dining room table, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is even a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a private balcony and entrance with views of River Run Village and mountain peaks. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a walk in steam shower, and a 2 person whirlpool tub. The first guest bedroom is on the main floor, and features a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is on the second floor and features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, private balcony entrance, and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The third guest bedroom is on the second floor and features a twin over queen bunk bed with an en suite bathroom.
The Mill Creek building has gorgeous ski slope views, a short walk to the gondola, and there is even a private boot warmer directly out of your front door! Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
