Overall very relaxing stay!

Great continental breakfast. Felt like home. Amazing ambiance. Management momentarily responded to requests and did their best to accommodate. Steps from the water. 15 min walk/5 min drive to a couple of restaurants with great views.

Second floor room was a bit too warm in the second half of the day with the sun on that side. Management did their best to alleviate, but the AC system is one for all rooms, so partial success. Nights were reasonably cool.

Warm, friendly and welcoming household very well looked after. Highly recommend.

Really wonderful couple, instantly felt welcome and comfortable. Felt like a home stay, very personal and friendly. Lovely house, spacious, bright and clean.

Personally the bed was too firm for out preference. Other than that flawless.

Quaint and quiet B&B on the canal

Juan and Karen made our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. From prepping breakfast each morning, checking in on us daily, and making suggestions for places to go, they really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay!

Extremely clean, gracious hosts, lovely breakfast!

Karen and Juan were gracious hosts that offered insider tips of things to do in the area and a lovely breakfast each morning with homemade quiche, eggs and local fruit. In addition to being in a great location, the rooms are spacious, fresh and extremely clean!! We loved having breakfast on the veranda looking out onto the water and feeling the long island breeze.

Beautiful experience in the Hamptons

Our hosts Juan and Karen were very warm and welcoming… the B&B was bright and airy and very clean …perfect location easy access to the Hamptons… continental breakfast was delicious….fresh pastries, and fruit ..a coffee bar and eggs on request… several very nice areas to enjoy your breakfast… my husband and I had a wonderful time

I loved staying here and the hosts made me feel very welcome.

This is a little gem of a place. I loved the laid back and quiet vibes with a tiny beach of your own. The view of the bay are stunning and the hotel is very sweet, tidy and relaxed. Just what I needed.

Everything was great but on the first night the noise from the road was a little loud - but it was July 4th weekend though so perhaps not normal!

Wonderful retreat from the city

The experience at Aria & Mare Hamptons was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy, the owners and Trevor were really kind and helpful, and the location was just perfect to go to the nearby beach and towns. Trevor even sent us a link he prepared with recommendations of attractions and restaurants that was really helpful to decide what to do during our visit.

Wonderful stay in authentic hamptons-style house

This beautiful, well located place is a true gem. Everything starting from the welcoming arrival and our departure was so perfect that it is hard to imagine anything more than what we had. There was also a personal touch that you rarely meet with. The almost 100 years old house as such is is already an experience, not to mention the abundant fresh breakfast. Instead of one day, we could have stayed for one week... Highly recommend this place, you will not get disappointed!

whenever I come back to the Hampton I’ll try to live there.

Trevor, the housekeeper has been very engaged. He has been very helpful and took care for us in a perfect way. The rooms are big enough and breakfast and living area is very comfortable.

Almoust no space for clothes ( maximum 5 Pieces to hang up)

Excellent B&B

Everything was very good Trevor is an excellent host. We particularly liked the little beach on the bay.

We were there during early autumn, when the temperatures were dropping. The individual rooms do not have any temperature controls so several times we asked Trevor to raise the temperartures. He did but we had too many times when it was uncomfortable for us. I made the suggestion that he should have some inexpensive space heaters that could be used to heat individual rooms.

Lovely stay in Southampton

Absolutely lovely little b&b right in Southampton. The staff (Trevor) was great, the room was quite comfortable, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be back !

It needs a better sign for the entry. Easy to miss at night.

Great place to stay in the Hamptons.

Quaint little B and B just east of Hampton Bays. cute little private beach on the bay. Trevor the manager was amazing and attentive. Peaceful close to everything.

Trevor was a great host. We were able to check in early. He puts out a nice continental breakfast and will make eggs upon request.

I would recommend having a few lounge chairs by the water.

Great Inn. Wonderful host.

Trevor was an amazing, gracious host. Room was comfortable and clean. The Inn was very quiet.

The addition of a tv in the room would be wonderful. The breakfast could be a bit better and less heavily weighted to starches and pastries. The signage off East Montauk Highway could be improved-there is not sign for the Inn and the street number can only be viewed when one is driving eastbound.
