Exceptional
Very nice and clean room in the center with nice shower and comfortable bed ... room was a bit small, but definitly enough for one person Breakfast is one pastry and coffee which you can have in one of the three cafes
Check-out time is at 10:00, it would be nice if they extend to 11:00 or later

Exceptional
This room was so great. Nice design, very comfortable beds, enough storage space, working air-conditioning, large drying rack on balcony, daily cleaning and the "oh so nice" bathroom ;-) The hostess was very nice, explained everything, gave us good advice where to park just outside the ZTL zone for free. The appartment was just at the beginning of the central street, but already in calm, just great location. We loved it very much.
Nothing ;-)

Very good
Spacious, comfortable room, very clean, breakfast was also good, and when you close the window you don't hear anything even though is facing a main walking street. New room. The manager is gentle and helpful.
A bit pricy, we missed some extra furniture, example there's no furniture in the balcony, in the room a bigger table and an extra chair (only one) would have been great, there's space for it. Also Some hooks in the bathroom for hanging (there isn't any).

Everything!
It would be nice to have some additional accessories such as a knife, fork, plate and wine bottle opener
