Superb flat in Bexhill for short or long stays.

My third time at Lower Deck. Stayed for seven days. Everything about this place is just right. It’s clean, spacious and comfortable and has all the facilities one requires. The owners are very pleasant. There is a welcome hamper for guests. Little touches like that make a difference. The location is outstanding, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, the beach and the De La Warr, but it’s quiet at night when you want to sleep. You could not stay at a better place in Bexhill.

Everything was great, as usual.

Lovely property in a great location for shops and restaurants. Lower Deck had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Brilliant apartment, quiet and excellent location.

Location great since it's only a short distance to promenade and railway station and just round the corner from an excellent restaurant and fish n' chip shop. The recently refurbished large rooms, bathroom and kitchen and a lovely extensive welcome pack. The decor was appropriate.

There is a slightly awkward step in front of WC and the smoke alarm is over sensitive (it was triggered whenever we used the toaster!). We found it impossible to use the TV for terrestial channels even with the help of the instructions.

Perfect! Highly recommend this lovely apartment

The decor the well equipped kitchen the generous welcome pack warm and clean the excellent communication from the owner

This place is superb. Has to be the best In Bexhill.

It is impossible not to give this property full marks! Clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom, beautiful and thoughtful little touches throughout, and a great location. Lovely welcome basket of goodies too. Absolute highest recommendation.

Stress free. No complaints. Car not needed.

Location is excellent. Very convenient for buses and trains. Shops close by and there's a corner shop almost next door. Restaurants and cafés are close by too. As for the accommodation, it can't be faulted. Everything is to hand and Mia and Ashley provide a very good welcome basket.

Very enjoyable stay

The location was excellent within walking distance from the beach and the shops .

We liked everything about it the various utensils in the kitchen were fantastic if anything we found the bed a bit uncomfortable for us .

Wonderful!

The location was second to none!! Lower deck was so well equipped and the decor was beautiful. Lovely little place.

For us, we didn't find the bed comfortable.

Nice apartment for a short stay in bexhill

Lovely decoration and spacious smaller apartment. Very easy to access everything. Lovely welcome basket and great facilities.

It is slightly lower than ground level so the air quality in the apartment wasn’t great. A lot of effort to ensure fans and ventilation in place but air freshener quite overwhelming. I am asthmatic so I am probably quite sensitive. Would have been nice to meet owners when checking in.

Exceptional

The apartment was like a home from home and had everything we needed. The fireplace and patio were the extras we loved.

Bath water was not hot and found myself getting cold rather quickly. But it was a big problem.

Perfect, comfortable and very relaxing!

Lower Deck has everything you need, a home from home. The little touches of milk in the fridge and a Welcome basket with tasty snacks and jam!

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything I disliked!

A very enjoyable stay.

Ideal location for exploring the area by public transport. Warm and comfortable with a good welcome pack.

Struggled at times with the television and more information on this would have been helpful. Had to ring the owner who responded promptly and was able to help.

Lower Deck is conveniently located and extremely well equipped. A comfortable home away from home.

Lower Deck is very well equipped and had everything we needed. There were complimentary items in every room, so we felt very welcomed.

There was nothing not to like. All was good.

Fantastic apartment, what a gem!

Absolutely everything - lovely and clean, great decor everything you could possibly need for your stay. Great location. Had to contact host re key lock, they called round to assist and were absolutely lovely. This is a gorgeous apartment, would highly recommend!

South Coast heatwave haven

Very handy location between the beach, DeLa Warr pavilion and the train station. Everything catered for by very thoughtful owners from flowers and a Pimms on arrival to books, games, maps and guides. Even cold water in the fridge! They seem to have thought of everything.

We’re now considering retirement in Bexhill it was that good. ❤️❤️

A simple clean, nicely decorated, equipped and comfortable apartment for 2. Lovely welcome pack and everything to hand. The perfect base to explore from. Absolutely no complaints.

One warning: watch your bum on the bathroom towel rail it gets very hot.
