Excellent location and facilities.

Excellent room, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent hotel bar with several real ales on draft. A rare treat if you enjoy a variety of ales. Good bar food with TexMex theme. Rooftop open air lounge well worth a visit for city views.

Excellent hotel.

Second visit to the hotel after travelling from San Antonio. Hotel is excellent. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent hotel bar. Excellent location for exploring the city. Good to have a late check-out for $35 extra.

On checking out valet parking had been added to the bill. As I did not have a car I queried this. The sum was recredited to my card after the receptionist told the back office finance person. The issue could have been easily sorted if the finance person had explained in person rather than leaving it to the receptionist who was confused like me by a rather disorganised invoice.

One employee can turn the whole experience bitter.

We received rude treatment from the front desk lady at the time of arrival when checking in. No one providing a service should be rolling their eyes at the customer. The next morning when leaving the two front desk ladies were great, our valet guy was polite, even our server during breakfast was great! After realizing how great everyone else was I thought I should inform management about the rude treatment from the front desk worker when we checked in. She is supposed to be there to answer our questions relating hotel, nothing was out of context. Yet her attitude was offensive as if we were not welcomed there. Unfair to ruin the day to someone on vacation.

Decent hotel, wouldnt stay again do to parking.

Great location and great view. Decent rooftop area.

There was no provided on-sight parking outside of $50/day valet, and to park off sight was very inconvenient and just as costly.

Awful in Austin!

Honestly was not impressed with any part of the property.

When I arrived to check-in the gentleman checking us in was unfriendly. We asked where to park and he said they only have Valet for $49 a night. If we didn’t want that then it was up to us to find a self-parking garage near the hotel. The bar was not stocked well and when I ordered a drink the bartender was unfriendly.

very bad first impression of Hilton and the US

Almost 2 months I'm waiting for a refund for over 400 dollars for costs that were not supposed to be put to my room. They keep stalling and promising to fix it and nothing happens.

Good value stay.

The room was clean and the person next door was nice enought to only talk during the day, so I didnt really have any noise issues... The rooftop, the view, the comfort and the feeling of being safe.

The front desk guy had gave me some water bottles for free one night and then I saw they charged them... kind of off to do that. The bed sheet was ripped under the tuck of the bed, thankfully I saw it and reported it fast, they didnt charge that. But check everything before you settle in for in case.

Enjoyed my stay!

The property was new and well maintained. Room was large and clean. Valet parking was also super convenient, so worth the extra fee not to worry about street parking in my opinion.

The area is a bit quiet at night, so not exactly central. You need to walk 10-15 minutes to central areas or drive.

Hotel idealny na kilkudniowy pobyt w Austin.

Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Znakomita czystość pokoju, przyjemna łazienka, bardzo wygodne łóżko Telewizor spełniający nasze oczekiwania (dostęp do internetu, Netflix, You Tube) Dobre śniadania Piękny widok z tarasu hotelu

Pobyt był niemal idealny. Jedyne co można by poprawić to, aby kelner na śniadaniach mógł wydawać resztę z płatności gotówką.

Nice play to stay. Good location by university campus do lots of moderately priced and fun restaurants with many cuisine

Young cliente so more fun than most hotels. Friendly hip bar.

On corner of two roads and soundproofing not optimum. Was given room above traffic lights with interconnecting door to another room - always makes for more noise. But staff changed immediately on request.

Nice place, terrible sleep.

Attentive staff. Decent location. Cool roof bar. Nice bar downstairs as well. Good coffee served in the am downstairs. Attentive valet.

I paid extra for a room with a view of the capitol. You could only see it my pressing yourself against the window and looking far right. We really just had a view overlooking a 5 story parking garage.... Not worth it. Bed wasn't comfortable - sheets/blankets kept slipping off all night. AC was unreliable. When we arrived it was frigid @69 so we put it up to 71. At bedtime I put temp back to 69, but it stayed Hot all night - I adjusted it down to 68 and it was still hot. Between that and the sheets continually sliding off, I had an Awful night sleep. Will Not be staying there again.

Friendly staff, valet if needed (I parked my car in a garage across the street for $20 a day instead of the $50+ valet charge a day). Bar opened late in hotel too!

There was a urine stain on the comforter so didn’t use that and the shower it looked like they missed the corners of the shower when cleaning but other than that everything else looked clean.

The room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. LOVED the rooftop and the view.
