Will Never Book Through Them Again - Worst Stay

The property itself was not bad. Considering we never saw a listing for this property at all and it wasn’t the pictures we had booked for, I was happy that it just had beds and was fairly clean. It’s certainly not “beautiful” the way the Sue described, but it’s decent… Nevertheless, it’s not advertised as decent and we weren’t paying for decent.

The entire experience was bad from the beginning. The property is advertised at 2.4 miles from Silver Spurs Arena which is why we booked it (event there). On the day of travel, we were given an address 40 MINUTES from the arena. Customer Service was TERRIBLE… did not try at all to accommodate or at least understand. We paid for a place near the arena, and did not get what we paid for. Since Sue had no intention of helping us out, we just went with the house even though it was terribly inconvenient. She sounded overwhelmed so we didn’t bother her anymore, which she probably appreciated since she seemed so bothered by us (her clients who are paying her…). Then, we arrive to the property and again.. it’s decent. But we asked for pictures so we could know what to expect and were told she couldn’t send any at the time. Supposedly, she was out checking houses and there was no one at the office who could talk to us and no other number we could call. Extremely concerning and sketchy. We arrive, and the code she gave us didn’t work on the door. (Guess she didn’t check our house). Luckily, the lockbox was left open and the key was just sitting out for anyone to get. So we got into the house. The WiFi password she gave us was not the right one. But we did find it on the modem. There’s no paper towels, no laundry detergent (even though it advertises washer and dryer), coffee maker with no filters, we ran out of toilet paper on the second day, and so we used paper towels that we had to buy. There was not enough clean towels for everyone. So not only did we stay 40 minutes away from the location that was advertised, basic accommodations that would be at any and all airbnbs and hotels were not provided.
