Excellent stay close to Amer Fort

Breakfast was good and was served at the same floor where we lived. Variety was great and they served hot and fresh food that suited our taste.

Location is not good as the quality of shops and people nearby are not good. This meant we were skeptical venturing out in the night with family.

Luxurious and Pleasant Stay near Amer Fort Jaipur

The Staff is extremely courteous. The rooms and decor is absolutely impressive lavish and soaking in Rajasthani royalty. The location is bang next to Amer Fort and there's an interesting market nearby to explore for small eats and sweets

The entry lane to the hotel is a bit narrow and easily missable. Also there isn't ample parking

Paradise

Stunning hotel, finely decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was of a decent size, with a small table and two chairs.. very much needed to enjoy some tea after a day around. Everything that you might need is available, even USB plugs beside the bed. We have appreciated the attention to details such as the nice smell in all the premises. We had a very warm welcome and the owner and staff have been kind and helpful throughout our stay

Wonderful accommodating staff. Really great breakfast, we loved all the options- Indian and western food alike. Gorgeous rooftop — we hung out up here quite a lot! Overall really nice experience, would definitely recommend. It was cool to stay a little outside of Jaipur. In walking distance of the fort!

There was a tiny bit of mold coming out of the bottom of the air conditioner— I told them about it at the end of our stay and they said they’d address it. Car service booked through the hotel was much more expensive than an Uber or TukTuk or Taxi — but at night it’s hard to find taxis here so it’s good they have it available!

I Enjoyed the experience

Had a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Close to many attractions and quiet in a way that you don't hear cars as you would in the hotel close to the road. Just plan the day in the city, and the location will turn out to be great for you.

Memorable stay at Surya Haveli ! We have already recommended the property to many friends.

All meals we had during our stay were thoroughly enjoyable made more so by the willingness and eagerness of the staff to fulfill all our requests ! Exceptional service provided by the staff - they were so helpful and friendly that it became difficult to stay at another location /hotel as none were able to match that level of care and friendliness.

Wi fi connections could be better otherwise everything was great. Again, exceptional personalized service and attention to needs of the guest were the highlight of the stay. The Haveli from inside is very attractive and gives the feel of a royal era gone by !

Small hotel with striking design and decor in quiet street close to Amber fort.

Mixture of traditional and stylishly modern design and decor. Comfortable room and good bathroom. Central location.

Ordering items for breakfast and dinner by telephone which was sometimes not answered. Breakfast not particularly appetising. No obvious point of reception or person to ask for information. Managers not attentive enough to guests.

Charming boutique hotel near Amber Fort

Beautifully decorated, characterful and so comfortable. The view from the roof terrace(s) is phenomena and the shower was the best we’ve had all trip. We felt this was the perfect location to explore Amber Fort and Jaigarh Fort and escape Jaipur’s crowds for a night or two. The staff are so helpful and kind - thanks especially to Pankaj for making our stay so pleasant.

The only thing letting down this hotel is the breakfast, which was not the best. A simpler menu might help! It was quite cold in the Haveli (we visited during winter) but they did offer a heater for our room which helped.

Wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained and kept 300 year old Haveli

It is a beautifully well kept property. It is a boutique hotel with just 7 rooms and I had booked 3 of them. it had a lift (elevator) that made it convenient to go up to higher floors to reach the room. The dining space was right outside the rooms on each floor. the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our requests.

Nothing to complain. But if I think hard, it could have more power sockets and a safety locker in the rooms.

Hidden gem in Jaipur

Beautiful hotel right on the doorstep of the Amber Fort. All of the staff /owners were beyond helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything needed. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.

Surya Haveli is the awesome place to spend quality time... Superb location, beautifully decorated, well maintained, great hospitality.. Behaviour of each staff is too good.. Specially the behaviour of Vikram ji, who tried to provide the best service to the guests, is truly appreciable... Food quality is also very good... In short, Surya Haveli is the ultimate place to stay at Jaipur Rajasthan to enjoy leisure time... Looking forward to stay again at Surya Haveli... Thank you...

Very good

Beautiful, immaculately maintained haveli just walking distance to Amer Fort. Excellent, attentive staff and wonderful, varied breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in good location

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the food.

Unfortunately the bathroom smelled quite bad. I hope they solve this issue because it made the stay not as nice as it would have been otherwise.

Does Not meet expectations!!

Cleanliness was good at the hotel. But Washroom was stinky because of constant odor from sewerage

- No Parking - Way too costly (1 ltr Bisleri costed me 200/-) - Limited available options in menu and even from that Whatever asked wasn't available at that moment - Location is not good - small rooms it' too congested - Rooms had no view It is way too costly as per the facilities!!

Loved the architecture. It’s beautifully made and maintained. Also loved the location.
