NADA.

Atención al cliente deficiente, el valor de la habitación por booking no era real, al llegar cobraron otro monto. Adicional, incluía desayuno y se comprometieron a tenerlo en una hora especifica y no cumplieron. Mi trabajador llegó mojado, con frio y el personal no le importó y lo dejaron parado en espera más de 25 minutos.

I will come back!

Zentrico Boutique is a great place to stay in Pereira. My room was quite small but comfortable. I would like to highlight the breakfast and also the hospitality of the staff.

Bonito y acogedor

Está en una muy buena ubicación, la calle donde está es feita, pero la ubicación es excelente, cerca a todo. El personal es muy amable y el hotel es tal cual a las fotos, muy bonito.

Le faltaba un poco de limpieza a la habitación y el baño tenía un olor a humedad.

La ubicación es muy buena, y para tomar el bus a termales es excelente.

La calle no va acorde con el hotel pero sé que es algo externo al hotel.

Decent stay.

It was generally clean and well sorted. Staff were friendly too. Huge TV was a decent touch and bathroom sorted.

The room we had was windowless which is such a no no, especially when you are not forewarned. This should be advertised. There were 10 x breakfast options which was overkill and the variation was little so it was utterly pointless. The eggs were scrambled within an inch of their life. The orange juice was not fresh and cheapest on offer but the small terrace for eating was a nice touch. The road the hotel is located looks so dodgy and rough and not a great welcome.

Great location and nice place

Very good location, nice room with AC and a very friendly reception. It was more than I expected, and for breakfast they give you 5 options (all very traditional breakfast, but it’s nice to have the choices!). Tatiana at the reception was really sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend. It is located in prolonging of the street with the umbrellas (in case the taxi can’t find it).

Very good

Breakfast was great. The place is cute and clean. Staff was VERY kind!

We couldn't park at the front door because it wasn't safe. We had to take it to a parking lot about 3 blocks away. Not so bad but...

it was too expensive for the experience they offer. the noise outside is high and it disturbs to sleep. too small the room for that price the shampoo, the soap, the conditioner could be better for that price

Very poor

They couldn’t find my breakfast order so we didn’t take it.

Everything. The room had a bad smell of mod, no windows, it felt like I got into a cave. you can hear everything from all sides.

really enjoyed our stay and definitely would go back!

location is excellent and the staff is very attentive! room is very spacious and comfy and the TV is very big.

I feel breakfast offering and service could be an area of improvement.

A comfortable stay. Good value for money, but nothing special.

Zentrico is value for money. It's nothing special, but the bed is comfortable, there is a shared space, kitchen and good WiFi. The staff are all really friendly and the location is pretty good for exploring the city.

My room was very small. There is only just room for the bed and the bathroom was very cramped. They also have a doorbell at the entrance that reverberates around the hotel every time it is used. I was woken up a couple of times by it late at night and I'm a deep sleeper. They need to figure a more quiet way of getting into reception.

Lovely, clean boutique hotel with good location and friendly staff

The hotel was very clean and well decorated, with a lovely outdoor patio on the upper floor. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the free breakfast was a nice perk. The hotel is also close to most of the great dining and cafes in the Circunvalar neighborhood. Note that the hotel is on a small side street (Calle 12B), and many taxi drivers had trouble finding it. We ended up primarily taking taxis to the nearby Hotel Movich or Hotel Castilla Real and walking an extra block instead.

Our room did not have any windows except a small skylight in the bathroom -- it seemed like most of the other rooms were like this as well. We also would have appreciated an additional trashcan in the hotel room, since the small bathroom trashcan was only large enough for bathroom refuse.
