Disappointing stay after a long day of travel…

Friendly staff and room appeared to be clean.

Overpriced for what we received. Hotel gave us an ADA room even though that wasn’t requested. Asked to switch to a regular room and they said they had no availability. Two bugs (alive) were in the shower upon arrival. Automatic blind wouldn’t close and remote wouldn’t work. Contacted front desk and they said a work order had been put it for that but it had not been fixed. Also told the sun wouldn’t rise on that side of the room so not to worry about it. Whaaat?? I asked for a battery for the remote so I could fix it myself. Hotel is next to a busy highway so there was road noise all night. I would not stay here again! Disappointing for a Marriott.

This place was beautifully clean and fantastic. Great location from the Biltmore and right off the highway.

A meat option at breakfast. Not that big of a deal though.

Very comfortable hotel with modern decor in a convenient location for travelers passing through.

Huge room on main level, which was perfect because we were traveling with a baby. Plenty of room to spread out. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Nice public spaces.

Breakfast had minimal choices and variety. One one drinking glass for 2 guests.

excellent- hope the breakfast will be a pleasant surprise as the room was

fabulous hotel; we stayed in a studio 2 queen beds- has larger fridge, dish washer, hot plate, dishes, pots and pans.

when we arrived, the staff claimed that she only has a king room, in spite of our confirmation for a studio; she was able to ‘fix’ it once I complained and told her that I will take intone out booking.com where I made the reservation.

Disappointed and lost a future customers.

I’m a project manager for a company that builds sports complex’s and fields all over south East, and this is the first time I’ve had my truck broke into. The thief’s stole $3000 worth of equipment. Choose to stay at this location originally because they calm online this property has cameras for parking lot security. I park up literally out front of hotel. next morg come to find out to the “cameras facing parking” is actually camera facing dumpster and side entrance to building.

Good breakfast with wonderful hostess. In-room kitchen facilities were great, as good as an extended stay hotel. Location near interstate was very convenient.

Warm people, warm place, warm memories.

The facility was great. I'd definitely stay here again. One of the women at the front desk, Erica I believe, was extremely friendly and helpful. I love the way she greeted people as they came into the hotel. Super chatty, but in a friendly, non annoying way. I was sorry she wasn't on duty when I left. She gave me great suggestions.

The only thing I didn't like was that I should have stayed longer. And maybe the wi-fi room fee but I'm nitpicking.

Did the job. Won’t stay there again. Far too much road noise on 3rd floor odd numbered side of hotel

Newer and seemingly clean. Also, room was good size.

Location is too close to freeway. Tremendous road noise! Quite pricey at $240.

Wonderful find!

The staff was very pleasant. I interacted with two receptionists, breakfast attendant and cleaning staff. Everything was neat and clean. Tub was perfect to have a nice hot soak at the end of a long drive. Very spacious room and there was lots of parking! I was pleased with how quiet it was considering how close it is to the interstate. I did pick a first floor room and the receptionist told me that's probably the quietest floor, so good choice, and it was. Since I was traveling, I wanted something near the interstate that wasn't outrageously expensive. Score on both accounts!!!

Minor issue was trying to get the room dark enough. Some things emit a lot of light just naturally, closing the bathroom door helped with the outlet. I also turned the alarm clock away from me and made sure the master light switch was off. Since I was in an end room, there was a big window. The privacy shade and regular shade did a pretty good job.

cleanliness,

our tv didn’t work. and when I called the front desk they asked what room and were aware of the issue. Don’t open a room if you’re not going to provide all the amenities. hotel staff, as in front desk staff were somewhat rude and obviously were to not be bothered about our concerns.

Close to hwy so always can hear traffic noise. Breakfast is just ordinary with no much choice. Otherwise property is clean with heated pool and gym.

Superb

Like an apartment which make it easy, if you want to bring your own food. The lights that came on in the closet when you opened the doors was a big plus and the shelves also large nice bathroom. Nice large TVs were a plus with the size of the room.

Everything was great the sofa was a little hard but we got use to it. The TV channels setup was very different.
