Potential but poor upkeep and cleaning

It was a big house and had it great potential.

Unit was not clean at all. They didn’t even open the oven which had a whole bunch of food at the bottom which smoked out the house when we first preheated the oven. Mouse droppings in drawers and the sauna we could not get to work. Gave a tiny tiny bit of dish soap and small amount of towels and I had to ask for more, even though it’s a five bedroom- you should know that it needs a lot of towels for a three day stay. When I asked to speak with the manager, a woman said she will see if one’s available and asked me if I minded telling her what it’s about and I did briefly. I asked again to speak with a manager and she then said that she was the manager, which was very shady. She didn’t offer any type of refund for a unkept unit and disgusting mouse poop even though we paid a cleaning fee. All she would say was that they offered to come clean up the unit like it should’ve been cleaned up in the first place, but I told her I did not want them coming in when we were not there. And she still has not got back to me and I talked to her Thursday.

Family had a great time in Seaside and walking to the beach and town was very easy!

Location was good! Lots of rooms in the home for our family. Neighborhood seemed decent and felt safe.

Had to fix shower door in bathroom in primary bedroom. Shower hose broke in downstairs hallway bathroom spraying water with force at one of us. Washing machine only has hot water no matter the temp setting. Don’t believe bedspreads/comforters were washed as they were dirty. Lots and lots of tiles on the floors are broken. Mattresses have deep wells with a mound in the middle.

Exceptional

I liked everything about it cute little house so comfortable and everything you needed for your stay was there right down to a blender for the adults to make a few drinks!! Will be back soon hope the next place is just as wonderful .

the place was okay. the property management need to address a few issues on the bnb house.

I like that it has enough room for everyone, complete kitchen stuffs

there was no working wifi, the water faucet by the kitchen is making noise when you turn it on, the bathtub shower is leaking and doesn’t give enough pressure and water , the electric fans are not working, the property management doesn’t reply to our needs

overall we enjoyed the property.

we loved the house and the backyard with the fire pit

could use some repairs, door knobs falling off in the master bedroom, also tv didn’t work properly. we couldn’t get the volume to work. (master bedroom). the ceiling fan in one of the rooms was broken. the bathrooms could have been cleaner as well as the kitchen.

Happy we picked Edgewood Escape.

Close to the beach, close to the strip mall, enclosed outdoor space for pet, 5 large clean bedrooms, plenty of kitchen supplies, extra sofa beds, sauna and a propane grill ready to use!

All Tv's were a little to old.
