I didn’t even get into the building

Didn’t get to experience anything

I turned up and I could not get into the building, I was within the hours of checking in and I called over 10 times and noone picked up. I was stuck there trying to get in however no luck after 2 hours so I booked a premier inn instead. I would like a refund due to the fact I couldn’t even get into the building let alone my room and it was not my fault.

Good room for a cheap price

Very good location (close to train station, close to shops), Easy check-in, Well-equipped kitchen, Clean bathroom.

I was afraid every time I left the room that I wouldn't get the door unlocked when I went back (but it always worked out fine).

It wasn’t a pleasant stay and would not return. It was called a “Bed and Breakfast” but there wasn’t any breakfast and t

It was in the centre of town

The room was very hot and when we opened the window it became very noisy. We asked for early book in but was refused because the contact told us cleaning was being done, however when we were eventually given a card to a room , that room had not been cleaned. We tried to call the contact but phone was switched off. We were eventually given a different room that had no cups or kettle in the room to make coffee/tea. There were no hooks to hang the wet towels. The pipes/ plumbing made weird noises when water was being used

Fine location to stay in London but not want to stay in your room

Basic accomodation that for us delivered exactly what we needed: a place to sleep in London. Rooms are sparsely furnished with just a bed, cupboard and small table. Area around the B&B has some good coffee corners, some restaurants and supermarkets.

This B&B is not a B&B at all, it's a set of rooms above a restaurant. TV and internet did not work (there's wifi you can connect with, but this is not properly connect to the internet).

Location fine for me to visit my brothers ( one in Grays itself and one in Chadwell St. Mary

The stairs were a bit of a challenge for an 86 year old such as me, but I coped OK

Nice comfy stay.

Easy check in, clean and comfy bed. Nice shower.

Just the Tv signal wasn't great and the Wi-Fi was poor but it wasn't too much of a problem I just wanted to sleep.

on arrival there was no reception and the restaurant said upfront they are different business so no one to take responsibility of my reservation not been sent to them, Bathroom doors were locked and u had to use a card every single time you used the bathrooms, u had to tap the key 3times before it works,

good location

it’s called Grays Accommodation B&B but there is no breakfast option so that’s misleading. There’s no on-site parking so you need to arrive after 6.00pm for nearby street parking at which point parking restrictions are lifted
