The mountain view from the room.
Check-in. Waisted over an hour just to get the room. It was not clear if booking.com had already charged us or not.
4.5
Good location , and underground parking (at a cost )
We were on motorbikes so super convenient with a lift from basement for you gear , and the massive breakfast with lots of variety
On a hill😂but everywhere in Andorra’s on a hill
1.5
the location
there were ants in the room and the bathroom.
the room and all equipment was really dated, and clearly never repaired. the staff was not very helpful.

Good service, incredible value for money
Parking garage exit needs better signage!

It was close from the funicamp, it was in a walking distance but you can take a funibus very close to the hotel. Also nice walk to the downtown.
The hotel kept a nice temperature, we weren't cold.
Breakfast quite basic, missed some scramble eggs. The look and feel of the rooms were quite old.
2.5
Naice parking garage at fair price. Still you have to get out of the car and go ask to hotel reception to open the gate.
Everything in general, with exeption of elevators and tv is a Old Hotel with old facilities. The Room smel Old. Cheap beds old and overused sheets and towels. Very noisy, with doors banging all the time and a constant noise from some pipes coming from the old toilet.

The wifi connection doesn’t work

friendly staff and bright clean room. excellent value for money compared to other places in the area. enjoyed the andora app for takeaway and taxi service making our stay easy as we stayed longer due to sickness
a little old fashioned and felt like a hotel used for older bus tours; but this was part of the charm.
4.0
Easy to find with free parking, you are allocated a parking place, and it is yours for your stay. Not much of that in Andorra. Great breakfast and a fun walk into town.
Silly that you have to get the receptionist to open the garage door every time you arrive. A remote would be nice.
2.5
good location and secure parking. food was ok too
the only thing that less this hotel was the staff, namely to elderly owners who were rude and surly

the staff and the breakfast was amazing. I went for doing a bike race and they made a breakfast package the night before, it was so tasty.

Everything typical, nothing outstanding. Wait staff whisked away plates almost too quickly.
Front desk woman had difficulty finding our reservations even though it was right in front of her.

Breakfast was great - lovely clean dining area which gets the sun in the morning - light and airy. Pleasant staff and very flexible about timing for breakfast (we were frequently late!)
The hotel was excellent for its three stars. I would go again.
3.5
Nice view, close to the Funicamp lift.
Slow Wifi connection in the rooms, not much vegetarian options for breakfast. You have to pay extra for parking
4.5
Friendly staff, good size, clean room, nice view, comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast, big choice. Great location of the hotel - close to the centre and to the funicamp.
Wi-fi was not working for big parts of the day.
3.5
The hotel is very close to Funicamp (3 min walk, then take an elevator from inside the parking to Funicamp). The breakfast was very good (compared to other similar hotels in the area). We've rented a triple room - it was enough for 3 persons, very warm, clean, and with a small balcony. Parking is inside the hotel.
Amenities are a bit outdated (a la 80's style). Our friends arrived at 23:00 and there was already no parking space available for them inside of the hotel :(
The room has poor soundproof, so you can hear guests slamming doors late at night.
