Would stay again!

The breakfast was delicious! Loved the oatmeal bar! The beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean, as was the entire property! We traveled for baseball and were able to utilize the laundry are to have clean uniforms.

The pool was almost too cold to enjoy, the boys were really excited to swim after their tournament and several of them couldn’t stand the temperature. We also planned to grill and enjoy the patio are and neither propane grill was functioning properly.

This is an honest review. No lie

Im not a person who sleeps well in New places but the place I was comfortable and slept well..The staff was so nice and friendly. The location was great also. Great price for the type of room reserved. We will gladly stay there again.

To be honest, I can't say anything I didn't like about this place that would keep me from staying there again. Some of the younger guests were noisy, but after some time, they calmed down.

Made to feel at home

The Staff were super friendly The cleaners were cleaning constantly Twice a day in the lobby The convent food and drinks to buy the free coffee around the clock and fruit.

I traveled with 2 service dogs and they put me in a room next to an entry door. It was too loud for me and the pets with all people coming and going. Front desk banged on my door at 1am to go move my car and there was no where to move it too.

Previous stays at this location had notably better room amenities. This time, we had a fully appointed ADA compliant room, but on the 4th floor??

I slept really well.

Very nice and helpful front desk person. I believe her name was Kiyah.

The door in the small bathroom makes it necessary to close it in order to multitask in there. Its in the way.

I couldn’t get Span Way road to come up on my maps. Finally typed in address of David’s Burger, next to it to get directions. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast was very unimpressive. obviously all frozen, processed foods, unfrozen and heated to serve. Not good variety of fruit, freshly made eggs, bacon or sausage.

Most great hotels have great friendly staff to go along with the beautiful hotel. This hotel does not. A+ to the hotel f

beautiful rooms, great breakfast, great location.

The desk staff could use hospitality training. One staff maybe she was the manager is rude and have a terrible personality. stayed for almost a week, during the stay had to ask the cleaning staff in the hall for new towels and trash bags, because we never received room service even after requesting. Some desk staff had friends hanging out in the lobby on a Saturday night like it was the hangout spot.
