It was charming. Proximity to the square. The claw foot tub. The streaming services.

The train noise. Fighting with the thermostat.

Quaint and close to Marietta Square

Location and the French bakery a short walk away. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub and shower were both excellent.

Some noise from the upstairs apartment. A toaster would be wonderful.

Blissful, charming and comfortable stay in the heart of Marietta!

This is a charming and immaculate apt. I loved that I felt relaxed and comfortable from the moment I entered. The claw foot bathtub was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the Keruig with the coffee bar in the morning. I slept well in the comfy bed and was sad to leave this charming abode. I normally stay at a Hilton but came across this cute place and I’m so glad I stayed here. Loved it!!!

The only issue I had was finding the actual unit… BUT… that was before I actually dug into/ read the property details and found the photo illustration. Once I found that it was quite easy. I input the address into my gps thinking I was headed to a house. Posted Directions were easy to follow once I found them.

Great location easy ride or short walk down to the square, nice historic place lots of charm. Had a brief request for the host and they responded immediately to assist us, very friendly and professional.

fairly close to a railroad line that runs quite frequently, we live in the country so the city noise would wake us.

Overall, a fun place to stay in a great location.

The layout of the place is great. The kitchen table was a great place to hang out, great porch. The location is perfect.

There was some a/c or mechanical noise outside the bathroom/bedroom that might be too too loud for some people.

I would recommend the Historic Tate House apartments if they are all decorated the same as #25

I was in apartment 25 first floor 1. relatively central location 2. the exterior was historic but inside it was decorated beautiful 3. the apt was very clean and was supplied with everything your would need for your stay

I was in condo 25 first floor 1. the exterior steps leading to the porch needed repair as the step center supports were broken 2. the AC worked well but there was a low humming sound which during the day was masked by normal outside business but during the night when there was little outside noise it was very pronounced and I had to use ear plugs to lessen the noise otherwise I would have has a sleepless night. 3. The front door frame needs to be reinforced since it is difficult to get the digital lock to secure. It can easily be pride open with a screw driver. 4. I don't recall seeing an on site reception office to check in or out

A very pleasant stay!

This was a lovely little apartment, nicely renovated and conveniently located. It was clean and comfortable, and the hosts communicated everything that I needed to know in a timely manner.

Neither of these were an issue for me since I travel with both ear plugs and a sleep mask, but the room is bright at night and there is noise from both trains and the upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, just prepare for whichever issue might keep you awake.

Wonderful host and apartment, we'd love to stay there again.

Fantastic location, very quiet and peaceful and yet a 6 minute walk away from the centre of the town which has a wide variety of places to eat and drink.

We couldn't fault the apartment it was perfect with everything you would need for your stay, even an umbrella!

Could not have ask for better. would like to stay here again possibly Dec, 2022.

The smallest details and amenities were the biggest feature. Very pleasant decor, we were so comfortable like being at home. Enjoyed the privacy especially at this time during this pandemic.

A toaster would be nice and possible more visible signage to help locate unit.
