Expensive, unsafe as anyone from street can access any floor, valet is extremelly expensive for hotel guests. Do not recommend.

Perfeita, se não fosse pelas taxas extras não informadas!

Excelente hotel: bem localizado, quartos maravilhosos, novos, limpos, e estrutura impecável (piscina, recepção, bar, café).

Os únicos pontos fracos foram o atendimento da recepção de algumas das recepcionistas e o Booking não avisar da taxa do estacionamento e nem da taxa diária do hotel, a qual é uma consumação diária, ou seja, não é devolvida. Isso encareceu demais! Também não foi informado em nenhum local como chegar na recepção que fica no 6º andar do prédio. Nem no térreo tinha nenhum aviso sobre isso! Quem estiver disposto a pagar a mais do que é descrito pelo Booking, eu recomendo! É um super hotel!

Great hotel in a prime location in Miami Brickell

The location is very good. Also, there is a train station nearby. It is easy and fast to get to the hotel from the airport using this train ride, but to go back to the airport it takes a little more time (longer journey).

Staff could be a bit more friendly. Also, the way back to the airport by train takes a lot longer than the way to get to the hotel. Kinda odd, but nothing they can do about it.

La atención excelente tenían personal que hablaba español en inglés la recepcionista Paula muy amable, el hotel está en una zona muy céntrica, queda caminando a dos minutos de Brickel, el desayuno delicioso, el hotel muy limpio, la habitación muy cómoda, tenían cocina, baño amplio y la cama excelente. Estaba un poco preocupado por los comentarios que había visto, pero realmente todo estuvo súper, en mi próximo viaje a Miami volveré

Hotel w dobrym standardzie, pokoje przestronne, zadbane i wygodne łóżka. Usytuowanie hotelu bardzo dobre, do kolejki i centrum handlowego 5 minut spacerkiem. Hotel przechował bagaże bez kłopotu. Do dyspozycji basen na 6 piętrze.

Śniadania raczej skromne i mało urozmaicone. Za krótki pobyt by ocenić resztę rzeczy.

Muy buena ubicación. Hotel impecable. Todo el personal fue muy amable y diligente, en especial Paula, Venessia y Melissa. El desayuno fue agradable, todos los días es un menú diferente realizado por un chef que realiza las preparaciones de acuerdo a tus preferencias.

El costo del valet parking, casi 50 usd diarios.

We had problems to check in because the hotel manager Melessa, as she was unfriendly from the beginning until we did the check out, we felt poorly served by her, to the point that we had to request the help of another manager which solved us and helped us, the manager Melessa was very hateful and made us spend a bad stay, otherwise everything was fine but that manager has no empathy and less with Latinos. We felt her racism was notorious until the last day which was today.

Very pleasant stay

The room was way better than I expected. It was quite big and super nice. everything was new and clean. I liked that they had exercise class everyday included and 2 hours free bike, so could go and explore the city.

The breakfast could have more variety. It was good, but options were limited. The food at the bar was not very good.

breakfast was good! I loved the part where you get your menu of the day done in the moment. The staff was amazing, everyone was extremely nice and sweet. Specially, the receptionist, Alex and John, the bartender. The location is amazing, you have a millionth things to do walking distance which was super cool (clubs, bars, AMAZING restaurants, pharmacies, mini golf, etc). The facilities where so beautiful and I would go back with my family, friends or even alone a thousand times. 100% would recommend.

As instalações são novas e portanto bem confortável. Decoração moderna, cama nova. Localização perfeita. Pertissímo do Brickell Center. E a região tem bares, restaurantes da para dar um role muito legal. Ah e o metromover!!! Muito bom, estação de trem também perto. Adorei tudo.

Gostaria de um café da manhã com mais opções. Mas é o tradicional americano mesmo.
