God beliggenhed, rent på værelset, stille
Lidt lille rum med højt til loftet med vinduer der sad for højt oppe til at man kunne se ud

The attached restaurant has the best breakfast we ate there all three days which we normally like to try various restaurants. Location was great one block to the beach and many great restaurants. We used the pool and they have a beautiful second floor patio facing the ocean so a wonderful breeze. Would definitely stay there again
The town was smaller than we had expected. Lots of restaurants close at 6 pm.

Location perfect -- about 1 block from the beach. facilities seemed new, pleasant staff.
The hotel lost power at about 10 p.m. the night we were there -- actually the entire village did -- but there wasn't anything the hotel did to cause it -- apparently the weather (rainy). Electricity was restored at some point during the night but I was tired so I barely noticed the temp in the room without the a.c. The restaurant attached to the property wasn't open for dinner, just breakfast and lunch, and there were very limited options in the village after 6 p.m.

1 minute walk to the beach & 2 minute walk to the city central, where there were good restaurants and a Pier over the water where we watch the sunset. We did a tour with tribu eco tours at the large red building in the city central. we did the flamingos resting place and where the mangroves create red water, also saw alligators. They have coffee available all the time in the lobby and there's a restaurant attached to the hotel. I recommend the third floor there's a terrace that overlooks the beach. We stayed in room number 8.
It's not that I didn't like these things but it is kind of isolated there is phone signal and Wi-Fi but the nearest hospital is the next town. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel it was nothing wrong with the hotel

The closeness to the beach, the cleanliness, and the fact that my luggage could be kept the last day while I was out on excursions. One of the receptionists was particularly attentive and helpful in giving recommendations about food, things to do and other cultural insights -I wish I had noted down her name. I also like the top terrace at night.
My room was number 1 on the side of the street and the music playing on the street was pretty loud until late at night. But that is also part of the vibe.

Very close to the sea
Usually easy to park the car
Friendly staff
- LITTERELY no place to dry your swimming suit and the towels, other guests were hanging their clothes outside the room (it's not really nice to see someone's clothes when you go along the hall
- they contact you every day through Whatsapp to ask whether I need a clean room (ofc, I want to have a clean room, especially when all towels are wet cause you can't dry them)
- the shower is broken and the glass is constructed that way so the floor is thoroughly wet in 2 mins. And of course, you need to use a towel to clean these Niagara Falls.
- it's a pretty dark room and it's not cozy to stay there and you can't do a lot of stuff in Sisal after 18 (cause all restaurants are closed), no balcony or anything, feels like a jail room because of that small windows.
- No Fridge or anything (it's not listed in the facilities, so it's my fault not to check that)

Great location next to the beach and close to centro. Fairly priced bottles for sale with a restaurant next door.

The hotel is very well located near the beach, the staff is friendly.
We have to wait more than 1 h to access the room (16:00 instead of 15:00), even tough I have asked (and apparently accepted) to arrive at 14:00. Also, the walls are thin, and we could hear all the conversations in the corridor and the reception late in the night. Last thing, it has no parking lot. .

The entire hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. I rented a bike and they found a place where I could store it. They also stored my backpack for several hours after I checked out. The rooftop terrace was really pretty and comfortable.
It wasn't a problem for me, but the the hot water in the shower was not very hot. Also, I get up early and would have liked a cup of coffee before 7:30. But I don't expect them to make a whole pot for me if I am the only one drinking it at that hour. I would not want the coffee to be wasted.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location. We spoke little Spanish but they went out of their way to communicate with us. The restaurant at the same location was delicious.
Small bathroomsin the rooms with a double bed.

Restaurant is a separate administration from the hotel but food is EXCELLENT!!....a little bit pricy for the location. Chef is very creative. Healthy and balanced menu for dinner and breakfast.
Location is great....Staying here allow you to visit more the surroundings and enjoy Sunset and Sunrise with flamingos migration!! Great experience on boat to the mangros...

Location close to the beach. Great pool with shelter from the strong winds. New building with lots of air flow throughout the external structure. Staff were friendly and nice. Lovely rooftop terrace with sun, shade, and plentiful chairs and tables to use (a rare find). Pretty, new construction, drinking water in the lobby and rooms.
This is a NEW hotel. Very upscale finishes. But, like so many, not designed with the user in mind. Two people need two places to put their suitcases. Just a closet cubby available-no simple suitcase stand available. One hanger with maybe 2.5 ft drop space over the cubby - to hang what? (granted, Sisal doesn’t require wrinkle-free anything). Sea and pool means wet clothes, but no places to hang them up to dry. Put up 6 pegs on a wall! Office-like credenza with two business drawers, delicate wood top. Why not better use this space for what a vacationer needs? A rugged deeper surface, more drawers, or a place to hang things. And, all the restaurants close very early. This was not shared with us upon checking in, so at 6:30 we learned this. We were lucky that one little spot was open. Local custom fine, but a fancy hotel should have the savvy to apprise its guests.

Location is 100m from the sea and 100m from the "centre" of Sisal.
The rooms are ok, however some attention needs to be given to the shower in my room (nr.3) because the water runs out of the shower, which is less nice. Kind service (I hope you speak some Spanish to avoid getting lost in translation). No breakfast or meals available in the hotel itself, but the nextdoor restaurant offers good food - however: be cautious when expecting them to be open, opening hours in this village are very "local".
I would say this was an ok place to stay in Sisal for a few days.

In a good location and clean
The beds were hard so we were sore, we did not get any sleep you could hear everyone all the time including the street noise. The room was lit up all night no way to darken it. A water heater had little water lasted 3 minutes. A pipe went off with loud whistlung noise like a fire alram in the night it was just all around terrible stay. People partied all night long till 5 am talking laughing and siging we were so frustrated no staff stopped them so no sleep
