Es un hostal, NO un hotel

La cercanía del centro

No hubo un buen servicio, no hay recepción; tuve que mandar mensaje porque no puedes marcar y por vía msj me hicieron en "check -in"( si es que se le pueden decir así). la limpieza deja mucho que desear; el baño tenía moho y el piso también se veía mal limpiado.es un lugar viejo y descuidado, no hay tv, íbamos cinco y solo nos dieron dos toallas y tuvimos que pedir más y tardaron mucho en traerlas, esperaba más

Poor AC and Water Leaking into Bedroom

It was clean and spacious.

Even though it was clean and spacious it was so hot that we had to stay in the bedroom only and even though it had a little air conditioner in the bedroom even on high it took forever to cool down the room. Then on top of that once it started raining the ceiling in the bedroom started leaking down the wall on to our belongings. Suffice to say extremely unhappy.

The location was excellent and the bed comfortable.

Great location, only a few blocks from the historical centre. Very basic budget accommodation but clean, and the bed was comfortable. My room was a bit cell-like with no natural light coming in but the artificial lighting was decent. Plenty of natural light at the rooftop kitchen/eating area. There was hot water for the shower. It was quiet at night while I was there. The one staff member I met when I first signed in was very pleasant.

After signing in, any further communication has to be made via WhatsApp or the phone.

Open-air kitchen and dining area was neat. Check out was not rushed, which was a nice change.

We arrived late at night due to the ferry schedule. We had a booking.com reservation. However upon arrival they charged us 37% more than the price quoted at Booking.com. Your room smelt really bad. Luckily we only needed to stay a couple of hours. However, the lady at the front-desk was friendly and helpful!

Great location, good value

Excellent location in the old town. Room was basic and comfortable, great shower. Communal kitchen is well equipped, with cooker, fridges, coffee machine, dishes, pans etc and is next to a roof top terrace which is a nice place to sit and eat / relax.

no time to check property

I did not stay due to the fact that no body was there to process my stay…several customers experienced the same…we all made reservations, pay booking.com but unfortunately we were not able to stay. Shameful, very poor management, I never recommend this place to no body. I wish to have a full refund thanks…unsatisfied customer

Great location in El Centro, old party of the city. Staff was very congenial but needed several requests to have room cleaned, get new sheets etc.

The locked gate for night time security is not secure. I could reach through the gate when it was locked and turn the handle from the inside. My room has lots of d mold staining throughout. No chairs, no hot water in bathroom sink. The shower would be hot for a few minutes.

It advertised as a Hotel and it was a Hostel. Walls were not painted well. Furniture was old and tired. Everything was minimalist.

Good value for a walkable Centro location with secure private parking nearby.

Having secure parking close by was extremely helpful. Friendly orientation was good to have. Relaxed atmosphere. AC in the room was great.
