Great location with everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Private parking too.
Couldn’t find fault

The facilities were great. There was a washing machine, a full kitchen which also had some supplies. There was free parking, WiFi and a nice big TV.

We did not use the self-catering facilities, but they were adequate for those that needed them. The key thing for us was twin beds, on arrival there was only one bed made up.
The outlook to the front of the property was atrocious. It was on a run-down cul-de-sac.

Great location for exploring Dumfries and surrounding countryside
Did not see any staff and no instructions left in apartment at all.
Outside was not appealing inside clean but basic.
4.1
close to town, and easy to found
neighbourhoods have save and neighbours fabulous very friendly people and helpful, Scotland is amazing
many ppl complain about smell bad, in my case was no real, is very clean, maybe one barbecue to summer be a good idea

The lady was lovely and was perfect for us with our dog
Think maybe a small TV in bedrooms

It is by the city Center by an off road. There are bread and milk provided in the fridge.
All furnitures feel a bit old, the shower can be a bit more powerful.

The flat was definitely handy for town centre and Burns House etc
Very clean 👌 Ideal for mum as its all on one level.
It allowed us to do our own thing which is why I love self catering
Nothing apart from the weather

Excellent location - nice garden and could easily access local facilities and amenities.
The property felt shabby - needs redecorating throughout as there were bare patches on walls and the gloss surfaces were chipped and grubby. In terms of cleanliness, we found blood stains on the bathroom door and a plastic ball covered in dust and cobwebs behind the toilet. A cupboard beneath the TV clearly needed repairing as the door was hanging off and came off completely when it was opened.

It was reasonably close to the town centre. It's in a nice, quiet location. The owner had left bread, milk, butter, eggs etc that was a nice touch. The place was comfortable enough but could be doing with a bit of TLC. The bedding and towels were spotless. It was also nice and warm as she had put the heating on. Shower was quite good too.
There's a bit of a damp smell when you first get in but we got used to it.

the location was brilliant, City centre but on a quiet spot. 5 min walk to the riverside and parks (was with my dog so extra points from him). the breakfast bits left by the host were appreciated and check in/ contact was excellent.
It wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped, the sofa was really very hard and needs more cushions- I also used the pillows but it was too hard to get comfy for long (for example a film was too long for comfort). The bed was exceptionally soft and therefore quite warm but that could be personal preference. The kitchen was missing some items that I needed for self catering, ie glasses for juice/water, can opener and a dish to cook something in the oven. this is a very nice property and has real potential just missing a few key things for me- the sofa being the main issue with my stay.

Great location, lots of storage, big bedroom, eggs, milk and butter left in fridge. Lots of tea and coffee.. smart TV and sky. Great value.
If I was to be picky I'd like to have had 2 keys... but that's it

Spacious rooms, except bathroom. Plenty of storage space. Bread, milk, butter & eggs for breakfast.
Parking on the road, although it turned out better than expected. Walls well decorated & good furniture but a few pictures would have made the rooms more appealing. Would have liked some instructions for key safe, and for TV.. Would have liked some garden chairs. Bathroom very small.

Flat was spotless, and great to walk into centre. . Home from home. The host left bread eggs milk and butter. Much appreciated

I have reported to booking.com that there were no smoke or heat detectors in the property, which unfortunately does not comply with Scottish Law.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The host left us breakfast and milk in the fridge - such a lovely surprise! There is a fully equipped kitchen, a smart tv and a big livingroom.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped with the essentials including bread, milk and butter - which was a welcome bonus addition after a long journey. It is situated just round the corner from the shops and park where I could walk my dog. would definitely stop again when travelling up to central or north Scotland .
The bed was lovely but slightly soft for my personal taste.

Location excellent, very clean and tidy basic apartment with all you need. The breakfast bits left for us were and unexpected bonus which was much appreciated.
The boiler had been switched off so it was very cold when we arrived and there was no information about how to operate anything so it took us a while to figure it out. Sofa bed is also very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, quiet location even though near to the town centre. Enjoyed our boiled eggs, toast and tea for breakfast which was a nice surprise as we weren’t expecting anything at all.
Egg cups and salt and pepper would have been nice but this is no big deal.
