chic and elegant place to stay good value for money
location and decor

We enjoyed the central location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was delicious.
Would be nice to have Wifi available in each room rather than just in lobby or rooftop.

Awesome location, probably the best in town. Great breakfast, good coffee shops and restaurants within 1 block!
Lighting was too dim to read a book. It is designed to look rustic, but nonetheless a little on the dim side.
No internet. There is internet, but too weak to make a connection. Very disappointing given that a premium price is paid for this hotel.

very comfortable and great location right in the middle of Loreto.

Great location right on the square, the hotel was gorgeous, the staff was very friendly, it was close to restaurants and sightseeing.
Didn't like my pillow, the wifi didn't work in our room, could have done without the outside noise, wish they had sun loungers on the roof.

the architecture.
The pool is about 2.5 feet deep and it’s difficult to get into. There was rain one night and woke up to about 8 leaks in our ceiling. The breakfast wasn’t worth attending as it was muddy coffee, stale bread and warm sliced fruit. There’s no restaurant on site even though they have this beautiful facility that would make for a great experience. There’s nowhere to go when it’s hot besides your room and they turn off the ac in there every day.

Not too much
Too expensive for the quality. When asked if we "wanted more coffee", my wife answered, ,"it's too strong for me" The attendant answered, "'I' like the way I make it"
Never attempted to appease the guests. Continental breakfast was a joke, no juices, no coffee creamer & very poor service. I will never stay there again & will recommend my friends to stay somewhere else

No hot water in my room

location was amazing!
building architecture and decor was beautiful.
bedrooms were comfortable
there was no drinks or snacks to be found in hotel so you could not enjoy the public areas.
the rooms were very dark
breakfast was nominal and was served at 8am, long after you leave to go to your boat activity.

Almost everything, seriously.
The hot water was a little tenuous. And the check out procedure (very early in the morning) wasn't ideal, as we had to leave the front door open after unlocking it with our room key then leaving our room key at the unattended front desk.

Great location right in the main plaza. The architecture and decor of this property is truly beautiful. The rooftop patio is really nice with lovely views. Breakfast restaurant on the roof is also nice.
Pool is very cold and only thigh/hip-deep. Restaurant is not open other than for a small, continental breakfast. No ice machine. Can be noisy at night because its in the main square.

Location was great
The internet was pretty bad. I was not able to get online at all for the stay.

central location in the plaza, the ambience gives you old mexican elegance and the staff were really helpful!
price is a little bit on the high side for mexican standard.

Poor breakfast

For Americans, light. For Europeans, fine. Location — quite good. Everything walkable.
No parking off the street.

A magnificent, colonial style hotel in the center of town that skimps on the details.
The bed did not have proper linen. The water in the shower collected. The TV had horrible quality.

Great atmosphere and location
The continental breakfast was at best average

This hotel is beautiful. I saw the pics online and it is even better in person!!! it's in a great location downtown, close to so much. The pool area on the roof is lovely.
The TV didn't have reception and the phone in the room didn't work. There was no safe for storage of wallets or passports in the room either.

Wanted to love it, the architecture so beautiful.
Seems like a vanity project where they don’t actually need to make money…. Lighting in rooms dismal and breakfast was so sad we skipped it.
We moved hotels and had much better experience at hotel la mision
