Lush linens and toiletries. Excellent use of the space. Solder staff sent out an email the week of my stay giving me a heads up that there would be a loud, late party at the club down the block for Pride. They left a white noise machine and earplugs in the room. So thoughtful!

Clean and cozy room. Fridge and coffee machine. Additional tea sachets, coffee capsules, and paper utensils can be found in the hall of every floor.
Veery small room. The wi-fi password contains 0 (zero) and not O (letter) and I was struggling with it a lot. Some homeless people can be seen around.

Great for travelers on a budget, expecting 'no frills' service. The service was good for the little of it that we needed.
Nothing! The locker storages were full but staff took our luggage to our bedroom before check in.
8.0
Comfortable bed, generally comfortable room, responsive staff on the app
There are a lot of cafes and restaurants very close by
The walls (or floors / ceilings) are a little thin. The last night of my stay, I heard a lot of noises from my upstairs neighbor.
The room didn't have a desk or chair, so to work I had to use the common space. It was fine but was unexpected. I hadn't thought to look for whether there was a desk when booking because I hadn't been to a hotel without a desk before.
The neighborhood felt a little bit sketchy at night, which was not the best when I was figuring out the front door the first night. It was fine in the end, though.

Clean, convenient
Bed was too small. A/C was very loud

Maximizing value for money
The extent to which the property was automated was new. The check-in process was a surprise. If forewarned, one would embrace it better.

Great place to stay, but..
Typical american paper walls, directly beneath Sea-Tac incoming flights.
There was an apology, hearing protection and a white noise generator, but I still had bad sleep because of this.

It was a cute space. I loved that you had your key code so that you didn’t have to try and remember room keys.
No elevator which was hard for getting our suitcases up the stairs. Otherwise it didn’t bother us for walking up and down, helped us get our steps in.

Great location and everything was clean and modern / new.
Room was tiny. Too small for even a couple to maneuver comfortably and there wasn’t an actual, separate bathroom. Just a water closet with a toilet. The shower was a glass box in the room with the bed and the sink doubled as a bathroom and kitchenette sink. Did not feel like a good value considering the limitations of the room.

Great location.
Room was way too tiny for 2 people. Shower is in the room and is 2 ft from the bed.
9.0
Modern, stylish, comfortable and clean room. We had a clogged toilet and after calling their customer service, they put us in the room across the hallway until it would be fixed.
It would have been nice if we did not have to move twice and could have stayed in the other room.
8.0
Hard surfaces everywhere on the entry level. Nothing to deaden sound so the noise level was high especially after midnight. Late night clients that do not attempt to be quiet share all their noise throughout the entry level(2nd floor) it was quite disturbing as all sound reverberated throughout the floor. Something to absorb sound would assist in reducing this noise

The building is very central and close to so many different shops, bars and restaurants.
The keypad entry was easy to use and simple with the Sonder app. The room itself was small but sufficient for small stays. As others mentioned the shower is right in the room so you’ll want to be comfortable that.
We stayed on the 5th floor and it was a little walk up but not terrible. Every floor had a water dispenser. No complaints about noise.
There is no parking on site but there the Harvard parkade across the street that we parked overnight for. We had to prepay for both days and used credit card. Was a little worried as the parkade was easily accessible to public but ended up having no issues.
The beds are only a double size, which was fairly comfortable but quite small for a couple.

Very smart concept to keep costs low. Cool vibe. Great to have free self service water fountain. Great to be able to access your streaming accounts from tv.
Although well thought out, room was a bit too tight and it was hard even to keep a couple of cabin friendly suitcases open. Portable ac unit was a bit noisy

The location was amazing, I also did not have too much trouble with any noise. The temperature regulation was a bit difficult since the AC was extremely loud and unusable during the night and having the window open was not an option due to noise. The room is small but has basically everything it needs.

The location is great. Plenty of food places and bars within a walking distance. Realfine coffee just around the corner is probably one of the best places in Seattle to get coffee. The light train station is about 10 minutes walk, which made getting to work and exploring the city easier. The room was comfortable. However if you not travel alone, note that the shower is open to the room.
They don't offer housekeeping services at all, which is probably not an issue if you're staying for a short period of time. However, if you travel for almost two weeks like I did, it would have been nice to have the room cleaned at least once. Also, I arrived three hours early after a very long flight and asked for an early check in. I've been told that the only option to request and pay for early check in is through the app. Unfortunately they had some trouble with it that day and although there was a stuff member at the premises, and I was willing to pay in any method they prefer, they simply refused saying it was "against protocol", although the room was free and available. This was a bit disappointing.

A secure and separate room in a house that was clean and efficient. It had everything that was needed and well supported by the staff who looked after the Sonder house. It is quite well located with plenty of food places and bars near by and downtown was accessible by tram, bus or even walking.
Sometimes there was a bit of noise because it is a house that has been turned into a number of individual rooms.

This is a property for the FIT - independence being the operative word. I really liked it - great location within 5 minutes walk of superb coffee (recommend Realfine just around the corner) and everything else typical of Capitol hill e.g. late night vintage store, music venues, Amazon beta store. Light rail is just up the hill, and it's an easy downhill walk into the downtown area. Everything you need is in your room. Sure they're small, but so well designed that you don't notice. As a solo traveller it's perfect, not so sure for a couple (the loo and shower are IN the room pretty much and it's cosy), however for a family or unrelated, you'll likely be happier in your own rooms. There is a service lift if you ring, otherwise you'll have to hulk your bags up the stairs. IOW it's not for anyone with mobility issues. I was on level 4, which is 2 above the street - it was fine. My room had a bay window which added precious space and an interesting view of the locals. Noise was OK, either people are reading the reviews and being considerate (thank you) or there wasn't any. Didn't need the complimentary plugs or white noise machine. If you're all about the human touch or service forget it - there isn't any. This is a zero human contact situation. Like I said - FIT. Your room has instructions for resetting your fuse and a plunger for the loo just in case - and a corkscrew. Proper attention to detail. Loved the cosy throw, nice toiletries - they've thought through what we really really want and need, and have kept it simple to keep the price down - big ups to the Sonder.
Can't think of a thing! Probably would have been good to have easier access to the service lift, in was OK, but out it was harder as I made the mistake of visiting Twice Sold Tales (just up the road) and Magus and who can resist a great book (or half dozen). Luggage lockers are a great idea - you can get in, chill in the lounge until 4pm when your room is ready, and/or store your bag and go explore. Really well thought through.

Great location a few metres from a main street with buses. Realfine coffee just around the corner plus an Amazon Fresh for food supplies. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
loved the modern fit out e.g. lighting, electronic door lock. Little pod coffee machine was good.
Hot & cold water stations in the hallways were good.
The communal lounge at the entrance is great, plus the luggage lockers if you get there early and need to store your stuff. There is also a bike room with space to hold four bikes hanging up.
While we loved the compact nature of the room where every square inch was made use of it was a bit tricky finding room for both suitcases.

location
The room was incredibly small…much smaller than it looked in the photo, and in a configuration that made it unbelievably uncomfortable for two people with even a moderate amount of luggage. We had were two rolling carry-ons, one soft sided carry-on and two smaller bags. We had no place to put them in the tiny space, where there was barely room to walk around the bed. There was a collapsible luggage rack which was a joke since it could not be set up anywhere. We feel the Sonder should warn customers that the room is too small for a couple with luggage. and the view out our small window was f a brick wall about 5 feet away.
We asked to cancel our 2nd and 3rd nights so we could move to a different hotel with more space but the Sonder refused to accommodate us. so we were stuck and very unhappy. it was also noisy and the sound machine provided did not mitigate the problem of hearing people walking over our heads and doors slamming.
I hope these comments will help spare the next unsuspecting couple. Even though the Sonder lists the sq ft., it was impossible to know that it’s too small for two people.

There was little interaction with the staff, given the self check-in method, but I still felt welcomed by a note in my room addressed to me, and the general bright and positive vibe of the place. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the morning. I didn't notice too much noise from other guests. The location was convenient, both to Capitol Hill and the CBD. I really appreciated the luggage storage lockers, giving me more flexibility after checkout to spend more time in the city, unencumbered by my bags.
This wasn't applicable to me as I was travelling alone, but the shower is basically in the room, so if you're travelling with someone else you'd want to be comfortable with showering in front of them!

Capitol Hill is a lively neighbourhood - so the provided earplugs are necessary. However, access to so many restaurants, bars and shops is worth it. An easy walk or bus to downtown (coming back up is more difficult!) makes it an ideal location for any trip to Seattle.
It was loud - but that's part of the neighbourhood!

location
The television did not work and getting into the front door in a room was difficult utilizing the codes it had to be done multiple times. In addition, the room is extremely tight no place to sit no place to relax except on the bed. I will say the bed it was very very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

It was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was divine!

The room was nice, although the shower was in the room and not private.
We tried to get early check-in, but communication with their corporate office was poor. The local person who helped us was very helpful.

Great location. Nice place where to stay and enjoy Seattle downtown life
If you have noisy neighbours you can hear them 😅

Location in Capital Hill, a short walk to dozens of wonderful shops, resteraunts and hospitals in the area. The Boylston is extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, without question.
