Perfect, private little retreat.

A superbly cute and comfortable "fairy house". My little girl loved it. We had a great stay with everything we needed there. It was well-equipped. So nice to have a private loo and shower right there. The bed was comfy and the little kitchen area very well equipped with more than I expected. My highlight was the hot tub, of course, which I enjoyed whilst my wee one slept. An utter luxury to have it so close to be able to fully relax and indulge in a bit of "me time" with her safe and close. We didn't bring our dog this time, but it was great to know we can. The whole area around this midi-pod is gated and secure. Perfect for dogs and small children! The check-in and -out process was a delight!

I did fancy trying out the air fryer but it was full of meaty grease so I gave it a miss.

Great stay with a hot tube

Great for short stays, and eating out had a microwave and airfryer which was good, shower lovely and hot and clean, hot tub was a bonus in a private area

Lovely spot - very relaxing

Location perfect , outdoor pool lovely , hot tub great

A hospitality tray would be helpful esp for late arrivals and it was initially hard to get hold of anyone when we couldn’t get heating on but once we did the service was fab

Lovely weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday absolutely lovely location will definitely be back

We loved our stay here and want to come back next year it’s a lovely pod and location is great.

Enjoyable but room for improvement

The pod was clean and comfortable but the outside space was a little tired and unkempt.

Unkempt outside space and the fact that on arrival the Pod had not been cleaned . The Wi-Fi was none existent

Comfortable, clean and an ideal location.

Excellent location. The pod was well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

Minor detail but more hooks to hand wet towels and damp rain coats on.

Cute cosy pod, dog friendly and hot tub 🙂

Hot tub was great, pod was cute and cosy, gate for added privacy (and keeping the hounds from any Houdini escape routines) and there parking right outside the pod which was very handy. Site itself was easy enough to find and in a good peaceful location. Cleaning stuff and loo roll etc was left under the sink for use during our stay and staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. Nearby to Aberystwyth and a several other places of interest worth visiting.

Lovely evening in the pod, and hot tub was a nice addition

Nice quiet site, midi pod had everything you needed to cook and nice ensuite bathroom

Key was left in door for arrival, didn't see any staff to meet and greet us during stay

Lovely place, great camp site.

The pod was perfect for 2 with everything you need for a few days away. The air fryer was a great addition if you prefer to cook than eat out. I loved how close it was to the town and beach. Jacuzzi was perfect, everything was clean. Would definitely recommend and come again.

The pod was right next to the campers toilets and showers which wasn't the problem as they wasn't noisy there was just no privacy with people walking back and forth when you was in the jacuzzi, or sitting on the terrace to eat or relax, easily rectified though we ended up buying a blanket to put across from the fence to the terrace handrail when we was in the jacuzzi as all the camper Van's could see in too.

Fabulous

We enjoyed everything! We didn’t know what to expect as never being to anything like this before but it was amazing. The area was lovely, there was so many nice walks & things to explore. The hot tub was lovely & the heating. It is a bit small but we took our puppy & 2 people so it was comfortable for us.

Good location, close to the beach with plenty of shops around. Jacuzzi was great, plenty of places to walk a dog, nice and quiet

It was abit over looked and was very close to the toilet block. Would have been nice to be able to close a gate so you wasn't as easily seen when getting into the hot tub. The shower qas a wet room but it wasn't very well drained. On another note the under floor heating got far to hot to touch and wasn't very user friendly. Ended putting towels on the floor to be able to stand onit. Other then those issues it was a great little place.

Great relaxing stay

The Midi Pod is ideally situated when you - like in my case - bring or visit kids to/at the University. Apart from that the hot tube is very nice and relaxing. Room is nicely decorated and very clean. The surrounding area is calm.

Very pleased would highly recommend!

The pod itself was very clean and very inviting! We’ve never done clamping before so this was perfect! We paid and extra £30 for a private shower and toilet and I’m extremely happy we did, however there was shared facilities right next to us so that wasn’t essential. 20-30 min walk to the beach which was ideal just didn’t enjoy walking back up the hill

The tap in the sink leaked pretty bad in the wet room which was annoying, and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. We wasn’t sure where the staff was to tell anyone so we just put up with it as we only had a short 2 night stay so was fine

Lovely area and beautiful views but some room left for improvement.

The location was perfect for the reason we travelled there. The pod was cute and compact, gave a homely feel upon arrival. Our issues were sorted quite quickly once reported. Hot tub was on and ready to get into as soon as we arrived. Maintenance also came round during our stay to check the cleanliness of the hot tub.

We didn’t have warm water for 2 days into our stay (though this was fixed as soon as it was mentioned). The only real issue was the flooring in the shower room. It appears to be a botch job whenever repairs have been made. The lip that was meant to be between the shower and toilet to stop water draining over was barely there and the section that should’ve been sloped around the drain was risen as if whoever had made any repairs couldn’t be bothered to rip up the old vinyl and put new down. This should really be fixed as the entire toilet area got flooded with water in seconds upon having a shower.

Very disappointing and needs a deep clean

MIDI pod looked nice Easy to get too university Hot tub was clean.

Springs on the mattress had all sprung Duvet cover was torn Duvet and pillows were wafer thin Left at 5am to return home because of bed bn so uncomfortable Filthy dirty inside Mat outside needs a good clean Mat inside needs a clean Headboard is not for this bed, once the two pillows were removed it had no balance People smoking at toilets beside pod Windows on balcony were filthy Overall for the huge price is was really disappointing Didn’t meet any staff to discuss these issues with throughout our three day stay

The pod was lovely to stay at once

Lovely pod to stay in, clean and tidy.

We didn’t like how open it was when you were in the hot tub. Also for some reason the tub got cleaned the second day of our stay while we were out, this made us wonder if it was cleaned before we arrived. Having one ourselves, we know it doesn’t need cleaning and emptying every day, obviously it has to be cleaned between guests but we were only there two nights 🤷🏼‍♀️. Also there was a lot of noise and music coming from other guests cabins which went on to late night. Happened both nights we stayed.

We liked having everything under one roof.Location to Aber is great, though I wouldnt personaly walk as part way has no footpath.Would stay again,.

We didnt like the matress,very uncomfortable.Also shower water didnt drain fully away, spent all our time with feet in dirty water whilst going to toilet.On arrive previous occupants water still there.Lack of instructions in Pod for heating which randomly came on one day, unable to turn off had to open all windows and doors to cool pod down. Didnt like location of Pod, when paying over 400 pounds for for a 3 night stay thought a better location is needed than next to the campers toilet block, less than 5ft away. Lack of information/signage were the dog walk was, no dog bins.

Just perfect for a couple to get away cosy and having the hot tub too made it a nice touch.

Close to the town, lovely hot tub, has everything you need for your stay!

- The midi was central to Aberystwyth and easy to go into town by car or walking if you dont mind a 20 mins walk. - The hot tub! - We loved the shower and the shower room and the pod itself had everything we needed for our stay. - The microwave and fridge freezer were fab and cater for our needs to eat both nights we stayed.

- When we arrived the bed was propped up by bricks, the outdoor furniture was a little rusty and old and there were marks on the artifical grass by the hot tub. These seem tiny problems but I felt it spoilt the overall feel of the pod as it could have been so much better. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. - We would have liked two pillows instead of one and perhaps a few more throw pillows as the bed is literally your sofa. - Someone stole a beer from a box we kept outside in the canopied area - I would advise to perhaps keep any booze inside. We didnt think it would be a problem as in campsites you would generally have an element of trust. Probably a one off!
