L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel est très accueillant et compréhensif. Mention spéciale aux réceptionnistes Madame MAN et Mr. HUSSEIN. Comme c'est la deuxième fois que je loge dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu droit à un sur-classement.

I liked the people here. The owner and the lady at reception were very kind to me. They handled issues with an arrogant taxi driver, stored my baggage until it was time to go to the airport, and even let me take a shower after my checkout time without charging me. I appreciated that. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the bed is incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the sound isolation is good. So as for Africa it was a good hotel. The location is a 50-minute walk to the city center through an unpleasant area (like much of the country), but you can get a taxi from the entrance in a few minutes. Considering the overall picture in Djibouti with hotel prices, it's a really good deal with nice people.

Pour le petit dejeu se pa inclus mais se un super hôtel pour moi à mon séjour et je compte retourné de que l'occasion se présente incha Allah et un gros bisou à tt les staffs tres ouvert et très accueillons merci encore pour cette équipe exceptionels et très dynamiques

Nous étions en vacances en famille pour deux semaines. Nous avions juste réserver pour 2/3 nuits en attendant d’organiser notre voyage. Finalement nous sommes rester jusqu’à notre départ. Bon accueil, chambre propre et fonctionnel. Personnel sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons .

Excellent, I will definitely use this hotel again.

A diamond in the rough. I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they promptly addressed any needs I had with a smile. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the hot water situation, as some reviews had mentioned that there was none. However, I soon found out that the hotel uses a pump system that takes a bit of time to heat up, but the hot water is definitely available. The housekeeping was top-notch, and my room was always clean and well-organized. I even left some coins and bills lying around, and they were neatly placed on my desk. While there were a few minor cosmetic issues, they did not bother me at all. I could have stayed at the big chains, but very glad I made the decision to stay here instead for the month. Fridge/ Freezer, Stove, and Microwave went a long way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Needs some minor cosmetic fixes, but nothing drastic. The light on the balcony, and the bathroom mirror were out. But I am sure they would have been fixed within the hour if I mentioned these items to the staff.

The hotel met our expectations and was a nice place to stay during our visit.

I think free breakfast may have been available, but we did not know ahead of time. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the maid entered each day while we were gone to remake it.

We had to ask for a second towel since the room had only one. After a second day, the cleaning lady took it away again. Also, the microwave didn't have a place to plug in.

Wonderful staff and hosts, clean hotel close to the airport.

The hosts were amazing! They organized a tour for us and were very flexible on the check out time due to our flight cancellation.

Good value for money compared to other properties in a very expensive country

Excellent value for money, the bedroom was a very good size and the air conditioner was very efficient.

Only cold water is available. The kitchenette was adequate but in some disrepair needing some TLC.

it was OK. Not bad and not good, but expensive for what you get.

Well, it is Djibouti so one has to temper expectations. But it was a 'just ok' hotel. Cold water only, basic bed and services, and OK location, but for the same price I would get a genuine 5-star hotel in KL or Dubai. The staff though were genuinely friendly and nice to chat to.

The influx of foreign military and NGOs has made everything well overpriced.
