Pleasant stay parking was an issue due to narrow street and little parking space.

The location was good apart fromparking was an issue during the day.

The kitchen was very small but adequte. A welcome packwould have been nice after driving 500 miles.

Lovely place, would stay again

The decor in the livingroom is so nice. Was quiet, safe and comfortable - good location.

A blind in the bathroom would be good, even though it is frosted that’s not enough for privacy when the toilet and sink are both at the window and when it’s dark you would be visible from outside.

Really central and cozy apartment, location is fantastic, quiet no noise at all, would definitely return

Stairs into building, really hard to park anywhere went round and round for 20 mins but was Xmas holidays so very busy, check out time 1000 very early, 12 pounds charge for extra hour, only 1 toilet roll

It was a wonderful stay.

The convenient location, it was just a 5mins walk from downtown, stores, restaurants, and the train station. It was also a few minutes' walk from the Broughty Ferry and the beach.

Parking, as you would have to be lucky to get parking out front and neighbors were a bit noisy but think it was due to repairs. The neighborhood is otherwise quiet.

Thoroughly enjoyable and would certainly stay here again.

Central location, comfort, privacy, easy access to local amenities and value for money. Timely action to resolve beeping smoke detector.

Shower just a little small but could not have been any bigger. Parking not always available in the street outside accommodation. Smoke detector in kitchen started beeping at 4.50am unfortunately we couldn’t reach it……. suggest regular changing of batteries.

Exceptional

Location was excellent, property close to everything, very clean, spacious and a most comfortable bed , no problems parking . Kitchen well equipped. Overall wonderful will be staying here again on any return visits .

Having milk in fridge would be helpful to go with tea and coffee provided . That's the best I can do for dislikes .

Like being a local, quiet and cosy

Location was great, handy for local attractions and bars and restaurants, quiet street. Really felt like we were living local, managed to get car parked there okay.

The flat smelled of stale cigarette smoke, had obviously not been occupied too recently, opened the windows to let fresh air in. Lacking a few basics, not a major issue for our two nights but no dish towel, lack of cleaning stuff, no toilet brush. Very minor things.

Good value, spotlessly clean & comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Property was cold out with the set heating cycle & I had to turn on the heating more than I would have liked. Quite a draught from the main room windows. No can opener (minor niggle).

Fab Flat in the Ferry

Manor Place was really warm and comfortable and a terrific base for visits to Dundee and walks along the shore. The flat is not even 5 minutes' walk from the train station and from there the train takes less than 10 minutes to get into Dundee, so I didn't need to think about driving in an area I'm unfamiliar with. I parked without difficulty round the back of the building. I don't have Netflix at home, so it was great having access in the flat on wet days or in the evenings.

There was nothing I didn't like, but the kitchen area is very small and, although there is plenty of crockery and cutlery, the supply of pots, pans and utensils was quite limited. Perfectly adequate for one person having a lazy New Year break, to be fair!

Lovely property, great location. Comfortable and cosy.

The key box in the closey. Even with a torch it was really tricky to see the numbers.
