O mare deceptie ! Pensiune sub medie!

Sincer ,nimic! Singurul lucru pozitiv este faptul ca are aer conditionat si lift !

In primul rand patul ( salteaua) si pernele. Patul era o barca in care te scufundai total si mentionez ca am 70kg, salteaua e de proasta calitate,prctic un burete ieftin.Pernele rigide te iti indoaie cervicalele.Nimeni nu schimba lenjeriile, am stat 5 nopti si am dormit in aceeasi lenjerie toata sederea. Sifonierul e un dulap mic fara umerase,a trebuit sa-mi cumpar 10 umerse pt haine, in schimb bucatari mobilata cu zeci de sertare in care logic ca nu pui nimic !Camera micuta cand intrii in camera te lovesti de pat.Nu are fregona la dus. Dusul mic abia incapi in el, usile dusului nu ermetizeaza bine si cand iesi trebuie sa fii atent pentru ca aluneci si iti rupi capul. Nu are bideu iar in spatele pensiunii unde au curte se strangeau indivizi care pana la 3 dimineat stateau la sprit mai bine zis bere la pet si puneau tara la cale ,ca intr-un trziu cand se saturau de baut sa te lase sa dormi!Un dezastru!

Aesthetic and comfy place, could be perfect if cleaner

* The apartment is modern, it has a lovely design, making it feel welcoming and relaxing. * The location is great, within walking distance of the main attractions.

* The check-in process was a bit frustrating The host misunderstood our arrival time and didn't provide the check-in details in time. We called when we arrived and got the info on the spot. * The apartment needed some deep cleaning The shower drain and corners were very dirty, we cleaned it ourselves on the first night. The towels also had a moldy smell to them, like they had been stored away for a long time and just now taken out. We had to wash those too. There was dust on the bedside lamps, which would fall on the bed (or on your head) when you would turn them on/off. The water reservoir for the coffee maker in the kitchen had mold inside! * Loud neighbors/thin walls The wall between the bedroom and the next apartment is extremely thin. We would hear yelling and arguing late in the evenings, as we were trying to sleep.

Good choice for staying for one night, in very clean and comfortable room.

Easy and comfortable check-in system, clean and comfortable room, nice building.

Local area is not the best place for evening promenades))) I'm not sure that there is enought parking places for all the visitors, the parking lots were practically full.

Locatia super draguta și îngrijită.

Scurgerea de la duș era înfundata, a durat cam 20 minute sa se scurga toata apa. Am renunțat sa mai folosim dușul dupa această intamplare ceea ce nu a fost chiar placut pentru noi. Caldura excesiva ce ne-a determinat sa inchidem toate caloriferele. Patul din dormitor are o saltea foatre moale, pentru cei cu coloana vertebrală șubreda nu e deloc confortabilă.

If I were to come again to Timisoara, I would stay here again.

The building was very clean, smelled really nice. Looks new. The building itself is accessible by entering the code on the front door. On the ground floor, there was a Christmas tree, and a sofa and chars to sit onto. We got our keys by opening the boxes with our codes. Our rooms were on the first floor. Very cozy, had everything that you need. Clean towels, clean sheets, wardrobe, mini fridge and really soft bed. Wifi was free of charge. There is also a private parking, free of charge, located in the backyard. It is pretty big, and looks very safe to park your car (there are garage doors, closing at 22.00). I even send a message to the property staff for a information about locking the garage door, and got a code for opening it, if I dont make it till 10p.m.

The room carpet was really dirty. It didn't ruin our stay, but it should be either cleaned, or replaced. I rated 9, instead of 10, because of it. I really dont have anything else to say to a negative point.

The residence was fine for my short stay

Very tidy. Good location. Great bed and shower.

No cups or glasses in the room. Not even plastic ones. Had only a wobbly stool to sit on. No chair

One of the worst experiences.

It was good value for the money.

I booked the apartament in 7 october, arrived there at 12 a.m., tried the code for the box that held the key from the room, but they gave me the wrong code. Tried to call them for 30 minutes, they did not answer the phone, so my girlfriend and i had to sleep in the lobby, on a sofa. We were lucky they had a bathroom in the back of the building. They contacted me only at 6 in the morning. They were apologetic and sent someone to open the box that held the key, but it did not work for them either, so we stayed together in front of the door for a few minutes until they found the code. I had to vacate the apartament at 12 p.m., so i actually stayed in the apartament for less than 6 hours. Also, the room did not match the pictures from booking, for example we found two single beds, they advertised for a queen bed. First and third photos are what we had, second and fourth are what they advertised.

Ca 400 entfernt von Gara Nord. Check in nach Startzeit praktisch immer möglich. Sehr gute Ausstattung (Hotelniveau aber keine Küche wie bei eher Privatunterkünften). Mit Badewanne, sehr schöne Armaturen im Bad. Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber, viele Zimmer dh mit etwas Vorlauf können da auch mehrere Familien/Konferenzteilnehmer etc (gut untereinander erreichbar) buchen. Vermutlich 2-3 Sterne Hotelniveau.

Troppo scomodo dal centro, zona pessima vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

La struttura è in una zona infelice, c'è giusto un mini market per trovare qualcosa da mangiare..il pavimento della stanza è in moquette, completamente pieno di macchie...al nostro arrivo non c'è nessuno ad accogliere i clienti, inserisci un codice per entrare è poi stessa cosa per recuperare le chiavi.. praticamente personale inesistente.. funziona tutto chiamando telefonicamente...

Clean spacious room and bathroom. We were able to leave our luggage in the morning before check in.

Room was booked for 4 people, however there were only 3 sets of pillows/duvets. There was nobody at the property in the evening to ask for the missing one, so we had to manage without it. No flyscren in the window and we had few mosquitos in the room

Basic but clean and modern 3 bed room. Good working air conditioning. Free parking in front of the house (and yard). Good communication with the owner and easy check in. Good sized bathroom.

Mattress was a bit soft. Shower bath needs a splash screen/ shower curtain.

It was easy to check in and the room was quite clean. The aircondition system was good. It is overall good value for the money.

It is located in a bad and problematic area. I saw drug abusers and alcoholics in the same street as the residence was located. Also there was just too much noise and the curtains didnt block the sunlight. The carpet was not vacuumed well enough.

In general everything is great, quite place, 20min walk from the city center. Everything was clean. Free parking in front of building.

This is self check-in system so my recommendation for owner is to put Wi-fi password to be visible somewhere in apartman so guests do not need to contact owner for password.

The property is close to the trains station, it’s in an area not very nice but you have Bega close and you cand have a walk in the morning and it’s a nice coffee shop close.

Staff disorganised, room was dirty when we arrived. At 10pm we had to wait another half hour for cleaning.

Good Staff and clean room

We booked rooms for 4 person but they gave us room with 1 duoble bed and 1 extra small bed for one peson!!! This type of the rooms is for 3 people not 4. We decided to take one extra room, paid extra money.

It was a good stay.

the room was ok with a comfortable bed. The communication was good, you will enter the building with a code proven by the owner.

the location is close to the train station, in the weird neighborhood, the bathroom was not that clean, with a lot of hair on the ground. The room could have some improvements, like painting the walls and offering at least glass of water for the guests.
