Luoghi incantevoli e location attrezzate

Posizione ottima con parcheggio gratuito. Molto pulita. Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi ogni giorno. Servizi inclusi come bus, piscina e sconti sulle cabinovie.

La struttura è ottima e la consiglio caldamente, unico neo trovato è stata una addetta ai clienti che ci ha dato informazioni imprecise (o non le sapeva del tutto) su destinazioni chieste facendoci sbagliare luogo un giorno e perdere tempo il seguente. So che gli hotel non sono uffici turistici ma quanto richiesto era davvero semplice.

Hip Hotel in the mountains

Perfect for a young couple. The accomodation was so hip. Really liked the style of the room and the furnitures. Coffee, tea and kettle was a nice touch in the room. We have enjoyed the big room that was like a tiny apartment. First hotel i ve ever stayed where the toilet was separate - its awesome if you are travelling with someone. I was sick unfortunately so it was extra useful... The terrace was nice and well usable, we had bit of a view too. The town was cute and you get breathtaking panorama driving up here. Staff was nice as well!

Court séjour dans un hôtel moderne et très bien situé

L’accueil de la première réceptionniste, la chambre grande avec le petit balcon, les équipements de la chambre, la salle de bain moderne et très propre, le petit déjeuner très très complet, le parking gratuit.

La chambre que j’ai reçue était très bien mais un petit détail qu’il faudrait changer : lorsqu’on entre dans la chambre, on arrive dans un petit hall/vestibule aux murs noirs; il y a bien un interrupteur mais comme il est de la même couleur que les murs, on ne le voit pas. Il serait vraiment bien de mettre une lampe avec un capteur pour que lorsqu’on entre, le hall s’illumine. Même en pleine journée on ne voit rien lorsqu’on entre. J’aurais aimé en parler avec le ou la réceptionniste lors du départ mais cela n’a pas été vraiment possible..,,La réceptionniste était certes polie et a bien fait son travail mais je n’ai pas eu le sentiment d’avoir la possibilité de discuter. Elle a fait le check out sans demander si le sejour s’est bien passé ou autre. Il aurait été bien d’être un peu plus « orienté « client même si je n’ai rien à lui reprocher.

Excellent breakfast, which you can enjoy both inside the cute and cozy restaurant areas or in the terrace. The food was very fresh and the staff was kind.

Comfortable stay for skiing

Location was ideal for skiing Parking was a bonus Comfortable, clean room and we were lucky to get a free upgrade!

The hot selection at breakfast could’ve been better, nearly finished by the time we arrived at 8:30

Im Grossen und ganzen gut. Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Leider hat es aus dem Abfluss stark gerochen im Bad.

Die Nähe zur Liftstation

Leider konnte man nicht wählen bei booking, auf welcher Seite die Zimmer sind. Somit hatten wir eins zur Strasse. Und ein Gullydeckel ist vor dem Haus, jedes Auto wo darüber gefahren ist, hat es Klack Klack gemacht.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gemütlich und eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Feines Essen , tolle Möblierung, guter Service. Dank Upgrade hatte ich eine grosse Suite. Das ganze Interieur ist stilvoll modern... und deshalb auch gemütlich. Üppiges Frühstückbuffet.

Great hotel for a ski weekend

The hotel is perfectly located to reach the slopes easily. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Good stay

The bed and quilt are super comfortable. The location is excellent. It is right next to a bus stop, 30 steps away from a Thai restaurant (with good food and service), and a 2min walk to a cinema (highly recommended to check it out!) Some previous reviews mentioned that the room is not bright. It's true that there is no light on the ceiling. If you turn on both lights on the night stand which are orientation adjustable and the lamp, it's not too bad. Many reviews also mentioned the cable of the kettle is too short, they had to use the kettle on the floor which we did too the first day. Then we accidentally discovered an extension cable in the drawer the next day 😀

Not soundproof. Our room was next to the road, you can hear cars passing by at night even with the windows closed. The room is too hot at night even if all the heaters are off so we had to leave the window open at night. The design of the bathroom is not optimal: when you open the door it runs into the toilet. The glass wall in the shower is too short, the person that designed it didn't try taking a shower themselves, water still splashes everywhere on the floor, you need to be very careful. Breakfast is average, with the same price I have seen better ones.

Nice stay at Alaïa Lodge

The hotel has a very good location and the bus stop is just in front of it. The staff were very friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on booking.com are just a perfect example of what you are going to get. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans Montana. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.

Weekend fuori stagione a crans

Bellissimo e buono. Proprio in centro, comodo per andare in giro a piedi, impianti sciistici o semplicemente passeggiare ed andare a giocare a golf. Presente un terrazzino per prender il sole. Molto gradita l'acqua e la caffettiera con il caffè solubile, non ho provato i ristoranti convenzionati ! Parcheggio gratuito dell 'hotel

La camera è piccola, con due valigie aperte non ci si muove tanto :)

cooles Boutique Hotel zum super Preis

EIn wirklich cooles Boutique Hotel. Die Zimmer sind, wie das ganze Hotel in Schwarz/Rot gehalten, dass gibt ein edlen touch. Das Badezimmer ist edel und sehr sauber. Grosser Fernseher und ein Balkon nach Süden. Das Frühstück ist auf 4 Stern Niveau und lässt nichts vermissen.

Kommunikation könnte etwas internationaler sein.

Modern, clean, very kind and lovely receptionists.

At 09:30 there wasn‘t enough breakfast anymore. But the waiter brought us a few croissants and pain au chocolat to the table, he was very nice.
