Vibe boa

Pessoal do hostel é muito legal, sempre estão dispostos a ajuda, dar dicas sobre morro e também a integrar quem chega. Tem um bar no hostel que abre durante a noite e que reúne todos.

Hostel é longe da vila principal com uma subida considerável que dificulta chegar com as malas.

Vale a pena conhecer Vila Pepouze de As Marias!

A casa inteira em si é aconchegante, simples, literalmente no meio do mato e tem uma casinha na árvore que é de fazer reviver minha criança interior <3 A piscina tem uma rede dentro onde eu dormiria tranquila em qualquer horário ♡ O café da mãe muito bem preparado, o cuidado para com as opções vegana e Vegetariana é sensacional. O conforto das acomodações, as opções de lugar pra ficar mais recolhido. Também tem o bar que serve uma das melhores caipirinhas que já tomei! As meninas são incríveis e divertidas. Amei cada cantinho, as artes espalhadas, as redes. O ambiente onde fica o bar é bem gostoso da pra curtir de casal, amigos, ou sozinha como eu fiz :) A melhor parte é que são mulheres no comando! Tudo lindo e aconchegante!

A localização deixa um pouco a desejar. Voltaria em Morro de São Paulo SOMENTE pelo Hostel. Me encantei mais pela casa do que pelo Vilarejo, as praias... Apesar de bem tranquilo o caminho até o local,independente do horário, é muito subida e as escadas q só faz valer a pena chegando lá mesmo rsrsrs.

Aconchego e amor!

Exatamente tudo! Lugar excelente, localização verde, tranquila! Espaço inteiramente confortável e aconchegador! As anfitriãs são incríveis, donas de uma energia surreal, sempre de prontidão, dando dicas e até nos acompanhar na noite de Morro. Amei, voltarei com certeza

Probablement le meilleur hostel où j'ai pu séjourner

Les Marias qui administrent l'hostel sont deux personnes extraordinaires et le cœur sur la main. Elles nous ont conseillé, aidé, partagé des moments de joie avec nous quasiment tous les jours. Toujours attentives à nos besoins et très honnêtes. Je voulais rester initialement 2 jours à Morro de São Paulo et j'ai fini par y rester 8 jours. Le personnel était également adorable et ce sont tous devenus des amis. La villa Pepouze possède 7 chats plus pépouzes les uns que les autres. Le signe de cet hostel c'est la tranquillité, il y a une piscine très agréable, une cabane dans les arbres, 2 feux de camp, une cuisine bien équipée avec laquelle j''ai pu cuisiner ce que je voulais à plusieurs reprises, ainsi qu'un barbecue. Le soir, le bar de l'hostel ouvre et les caipirinhas sont à petit prix. Il est possible de laver et sécher tous ses habits en grande quantité pour un prix plus que correct. J'ai passé un super moment et si je reviens à Morro de São Paulo, ce sera pour cet hostel, pour les Marias et leurs amis, et les chats évidemment.

J'ai tout apprécié.

Experiência incrível.

Gostei da anfitriã, da atenção que ela dá aos hóspedes e apresenta o ambiente. Também gostei muito do local no meio da natureza acordar ouvindo o som dos passarinhos e respirando ar puro, é revigorante:)

Com certeza me hospedaria novamente

O local é super tranquilo e um pouco afastado do centrinho que é bem movimentado, o q para mim foi otimo! Os dormitórios possuem ar condicionado e são confortáveis. Café da manhã é uma delicia. As donas sao super legais e carismáticas e nos ajudam com o que precisamos. A noite elas abrem o bar que fica dentro do hostel, tem preços acessíveis e tudo de qualidade.

Para qm tem dificuldade dê locomoção o caminho pode ser um empecilho. Ha uma pequena trilha e escadas para subir ate chegar na hospedagem. Para mim, isso nao atrapalhou em nada e msm assim valeu mto a pena!

A hostel that feels like home

Our stay in this hostel was the best we had in our whole travel! The volunteers and staff were amazing! The breakfast is custom-made and even when we slept in because we partied the night before they left us our breakfast in the fridge! The common areas are unbeatable (pool, tree house, bar, 2 usable kitchens, outdoor gym coming soon) and the room was very clean with air-conditioning. There are always 3 super sweet cats around to cuddle with and every now and then monkeys pass by. The bar has delicious affordable drinks and the restaurant offers amazing and super cheap vegan and vegetarian food! Highly recommend this place!

There are a few stairs to climb to reach the hostel. And since it's a car free village you will also have to walk and carry your luggage so be aware of that. Elsewise we sometimes had a few friendly termites in our room which the volunteers helped to remove straight away though - that's the price you pay for being in the middle of nature I guess.

A great place to explore Morro. The personal there are really hospitable and helpful in any regard. The breakfast is really good. Me and my girlfriend had a great experience there.

Pepouze is the best place to relax and have a great time with other people:) what started like a 3 day stay ended in over 3 weeks because Pepouze became my home. There is plenty of space, a nice clean swimming pool, 3 cute cats and Maracuja and Banana growing in the garden. Maria is super helpful and takes care of all you need:) I can highly recommend and will come back. Obrigada:)

Im sure every place you choose to stay in morro de são Paulo you'll have a great time, but in PEPOUZE you'll feel like home. A place to relax but also have fun. A place to find yourself and also let it go. Somewhere to organize your thoughts and cure your soul. If meant to be you'll be here, because this vibe is calling you. The villa pepouze is an incredible place that is absolutely worth a visit, very clean and very friendly. Great location: between Gamboa beach and beaches 2 and 3 and 10 minutes from the centre. The host, Damien, who speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese was very welcoming and friendly. He recommended us several places to visit. All in all a great experience, I highly recommend it.

A secret heaven!

To be honest, my stay in the hostel Pepouze was wonderful. The hostel is located 10 minutes away from the "touristic" downtown and 15 minutes away from the beaches. Only a little walk and you arrived in a green and peaceful neighborhood, where waterpool, a lot of chill areas and wonderful people are waiting for you. It is possible to cook and the nearest shop/snack is only five minutes away. The dorm is well done and quite spaceful (and with air conditionning!). The breakfast is tasty and copious. I really recommand this hostel for friends or solo travellers, as the hostel bar opens regularly at the end of the day, it's really enjoyable to sympathize with the others guests having a drink with good music or playing a beerpong tournament :-) Big up for the bbq party around the waterpool, it was really awesome! I arrived alone and I quickly made friends to explore Morro SP. and party with, I never thought that my stay would pass that fast.. As Damien, the owner, says :"Be happy, Stay Pepouze !" (chill in the french context)

I found the breakfast service a bit too early (7 to 9am) but apparently it will switch to 8 to 10am (perfect for the latewakers). I guess that some people could find a hostel closer to the downtown, but really, if you like to stay around nature and go off the trail to discover secret natural spots and parties in Morro, this is the place to be! Ps : There is a bar up hill where there is one of the best sunset of Morro de Sao Paulo, ask Damien or one of the volunteer to show you the way, it's really worth it ;)
